- In this video, I show a service apartment that costs 4000 baht or around $120 for a month in the city of Nakhon Ratchasima, or Korat in Thailand. Serviced apartments or Condos are a good place to live in any city or town in Thailand if someone plans to live in a city for a period of one month. While Airbnb, and hotels can be a good option for some, but when it comes to staying at a place for a period of one month, serviced apartments are one of the best option.
