I use a volt (8 speed, stable) for both my forehand flick rollers and my thumber flick rollers... Instead of putting my forehand down on an angle, I put it down vertical instead and it works great... I assume it's b/c its stable and not understable..
@@darthvegan435 100 percent, I'll change stability as needed but I tend to use under stable on angle. I should have mentioned the in the video. The disc will do on the ground essentially what it does in the air 🤘 I appreciate the input and feedback
@@richardwathen7627 I like to throw more neutral discs. Like 5 5 -1 1 depends on armspeed and how long they're in the air. So I will throw something super under stable 5 5 -2 0 for a shot that stays in the air before rolling. More overstable 5 5 0 3 for shots that are down sooner or need to go straight longer.
Rollers are badass. I definitely need time practice them more!
I always throw a few each round just for practice. In between pads or throws. Forehand roll to your lie as you walk.

So what do you recommend disc numbers for roller discs?

@@richardwathen7627 hope this helps 🤘 disc wise I recommend an Element as it's very neutral
