Southern railway 4501 makes her first singular run to Summerville GA in 2023.
Here we catch the train at the museum and several locations in Chattanooga, Rossville, Chickamauga, Rock Spring, Noble and Lafayette.

for those curios as to what happened to 4501's old whistle (Princeton 3 Chime) im pretty sure TVRM dropped it and broke it in the meantime until and if they can get it fixed it will wear Southern 630's old whistle (VS&W 3 Chime)

I must say I do not know how this rumour started, but it was simply swapped out for night time running. Southern (and other roads) used long bell whistles to be less jarring. 4501’s Princeton is the exact opposite. A family brought a PS4 whistle so the linkage and valve were changes, and then the V&SW was put on for night time running with the Evening Ridge Runner. 4501 wore this whistle in the 1990s, and is no stranger to long bells having worn one in the 1960s, and off and on in the 1970s.

@@jacobwoods8738 I was thrilled to hear this "new" voice. I've never cared for the Princeton. I was on the doubleheader last month, but booked another trip when I found out I could listen to that new whistle all day.....

It’s the good ole V&SW 3 chime. While I don’t love this whistle, I’ll admit that it sounds very decent on 4501.
