A perfect example fo the Casio design philosophy: "never pack all the functions in the same watch, otherwise it will be perfect and maybe all those watch geeks will stop buying all the other models". As if that was going to stop us fro having 50+ different Casios in a drawer... Great review, thanks for sharing your content, greetings from Colombia
A super super duper review! Strange how the models differ slightly in functionality, thanks for bringing this info to our attention You certainly know your G-Shocks very well What is that watch on your wrist?
Hi Chris! that is a Tissot PR 100 from the very late 1990's. A review is coming soon on the channel. Thanks for this comment and have a great ... night (it's night in Australia now, right?) !
The GW-M5610 is a pretty good beasty! That is one thing of modern G's that annoy me greatly. Some have battery life as low as 2 years. If I wasn't subscribed and someone asked me so nicely with packed out pasta I would have to. Its the nice thing to do. 😆 I like that 5750 as well. Check how deep that crystal sits. So basically they all have plusses and minuses and you basically just picked what you like haha! Ooh what a nice Tissot! I told Tim the same thing the other day. I have enough watches to use them for the rest of my life and yet every now and then I trip and fall and somehow end up with another watch. Crazy how that happens! Take care man!
@@WATCH-4U that watch is for sure on my “to have” list. The only reason why I haven’t bought it yet is that I already have two g-shock squares… but I’ll find an excuse one day 😂😂😂 Thanks for this comment!!!
The DW-290 is one of my favourite watches. In fact I have... three of them (there's a video documenting my illness in this regard)! Thank you for this comment!!!
Unbelievable that the 5610 doesn't have auto-repeat! My base model 5600e has it. Hard to believe this was an accident, but the auto-repeat is almost useful as the timer itself. I've never had a real-life use case for the Fancy Blinking Light Function, but the auto-repeat - all the time.
I double checked and no, there is no auto repeat for this model. I looked up the specs for the updated version and it seems that it isn't there either. The timer on the U version has the possibility for delayed start, but no auto repeat... Well, they are giving us excuses to own different Casios (as if we needed more excuses ;)) ! Grazie per il tuo commento!
Thank you for this comment, I’m sorry if you found some parts hard to understand. It was actually done to speed up the unimportant “yada-yada“. It’s becoming part of my style,in fact accelerated parts will be featured also in the next videos. I hope this won’t prevent you from watching more of my videos. Thank you for watching and for commenting!
Also... Your name sounds Italian. Sei Italiano? Perché lo sono anch'io! Ne parlo in alcuni video, per esempio quello sul "Cifra 3" di Solari. Ciao e grazie per aver guardato e commentato il video!
Thanks for skipping the espresso and uploading a video. With my scrawny wrist the 5600s are a better fit. Great video 😊
The 5600 are some of my favorites. The DW-290 is undoubtedly big for me … but I wear it anyway 😂
Thanks for this comment!!!
I appreciate your sense of humor, thanks a lot, that was a good video ! 🙂

I'm really glad to se DW290 included here, that thing really deserved to be a G shock, exactly the opposite of some today's ''G shocks''

The review was difficult to listen to because of the variable speeds on the speech.
