Now here's the thing..the young man is right about this bit of kit. Thing is..you can still improve your jawline without it. I am now 71, and have been exercising my jawline for many years without any problems..and best thing..it's free. Also you are in total control of the pressure you use...and all you need are your finger tips. Here's how it goes. You press your fingertips against your jaw muscles and start clenching your teeth. Use the amount of pressure you are comfortable with, and as many times a day or week you wish. Doing this, you are not using your front teeth, you are using the teeth at the back of the jaw. That's it. Try it. My doctor does not know I do this exercise, but has commented on how I look 60 and not my 71 that i am. Before i started this exercise years ago i had a sagging jawline that made me look my age or older. And it's safe. I have never had any jaw problems in the 30 something years I have been doing it. I worked it out for myself after toning up in the gym at the time. I thought..if I can tone my body muscles ..why not my jawline. Women especially can benefit from this simple exercise...without using all those expensive products out there. Why put money in someone else's pocket when you can keep it in your own. Oh..thank me later. 😉😀
Grinding your teeth can be bad for you but I think it’s great you’re exercising your jaw. Try mouthing the ABC’s and really open your jaws up wide and overemphasize the letters
The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. John 1:1,14 KJV In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us, 1 John 3:8 KJV He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Isaiah 9:6 KJV For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT. John 3:18 KJ He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Borninafire well I guess you would have to do the math, figure out how much gum you would need to get the same results they claim. Then compare that to how much this product is. Then go from there! 🤷🏾♀️
I would like to point 1 thing out. For me, I am trying to strengthen the muscles because they were growing so weak my teeth were hitting , and couldn’t expand due to weakness. I use that device 1 time a week, and I’ve seen slot of pain reduction. However: yes, don’t use it like they instruct. Never use it every day.
I bought a jaw exerciser a week ago and it came today I followed the instructions. They said to do it for 15-30 minutes everyday after you rinse the exerciser under warm water. Should I follow the instructions or do it every other day?
@@singhatar0912 I'll be honest with you John. I haven't really seen too many of my old friends and coworkers due to Covid. I go back to work next week. You see these are the actual reviews we need on UA-cam for people who actually question before they buy , instead of those paid partnerships with UA-camrs giving nothing but great reviews whether it’s actually a decent product or completely shitty. Because they get paid to sell and “ reccomend “ it to their viewers , and even they if they know it’s a shitty ass product. For this completely honest review with facts , I respect this.
So you stopped just because your jaw got sore ?? Lol also you do know we evolved then we made tools. So the human body is designed and capable of surviving tool or no tools. Our Front teeth are designed to clamp down to Tear muscle and tendons from bone of large game animals. If it didn't the we wouldn't have made it. I don't know how much Bit force that would take but its well with in our evolutionary wheel house. Biologically we haven't changed since then. The only difference is conditioning. Which is what the jaw exerciser is trying to address. Front teeth where also used to rip bark from branches even the husk of a coconut shell. Maybe you forgot we live in an artificial world that we created but we are not designed or evolved to be.
Hey tomazo great video as always. Could you please talk more about how to properly chew gum, I know you’ve talked about that on your how to mew video, but I don’t know if I’m using my buccinators or not, I kinda fell my cheeks more puffed and less hollow after I chew. Thank so much again for the amazing content 🤩
@@yeswanthanimireddy2423 i've been using it for almost to months and honestly its great i see results clearly. i use it for 20-30 mins a day but not at once. maybe like 10 mins 3 times a day.
I haven't faced the same issues you have, I've been using the product for about a year and there has definitely been some muscle growth. What I like about this product is that I don't need to train chewing for long periods of time. What will take a couple of hours with chewing gum I can get and then some with a 100 reps (I do have to point out that that's way more than they recommend) but it works for me. Everyone is going to have a different experience, sucks that you had a bad one. Other reviews I've seen has been with people who absolutely had no idea how to use the product and that's why they hurt themselves. Saying that it's harder than stiff food, for me at least, doesn't disqualify the use of it. At the end of the day it's just muscles you are working out, so you could extend the same logic for reviewing weights since they are heavier than what we would naturally come across in our everyday lives. Love your videos and looking forward to the collab with Astro :P
I've been using Jawzrcise for awhile and I did my research before buying and saw a lot of good results and bad research opinions against it. There are a lot of people that claim that it can hurt you and jaw problems and etc. but I have yet to run into anyone or a story where something more than some jaw pain and a headache occured. Yes just like all things and products it's just not going to work the same for everyone. I was desperate to give it a try to get a jawline and get rid of my babyface(I'm 10% bf btw) and for the 3 months I've been using it I've seen great results. Also, i recently just saw a video by Brett Maverick on it and he showed a way to shove it in the back molars and make it more effective so I'm going to give that a try. Lastly, i will say this guy is just looking for anything to complain about this product like the saliva part is really not that bad at all and I even rinse my mouth with water before everytime. You really should be doing this in your room and not at the gym tho cause ngl it does look stupid but hey it gets the job done.
You missed the point of the video. He’s saying it’s not healthy to chew that toy with your front teeth. It wears down your jaw and can cause serious problems. If Brett Maverick is suggesting to chew it with your back teeth, then why not just chew gum? There’s no point in Jawzrcise, just chew gum it’s better for you.
Honestly I don't think you should chew gum, at least hard one, if your jaw is hurting actually. You should work on enlarging your upper palate and properly reconnecting your upper and lower jaws before chewing gum. Try to also focuse on properly chewing your meal
I agree! Mewing and stiff gum for an hour or so is perfect. Jawsercise is not based in science and goes against the natural anatomy of chewing hard foods, which is incidentally done with molars not your front teeth. You mimic nature, and that is what gum does. It is small enough even if you have more than one stick, to mimic food. Well done. Jawsersize is way too hard, cannot be done for any period of time, will cause jaw strain and damage front teeth and or jaw, doesnt build the muscles activated by molar chewing. You covered it all.
What I understand from my own perspective way, If You Want To look Younger than your age all happen is in upstairs your head, meaning, always Think for good life going to be for You, that can release your stressed even not fully, 70 to 80 percent will do, after all no body is perfect except GOD Almighty The Most Merciful and The Most Kindness, wauu......
This is literally like saying don’t lift weight because it’s dangerous -___- and he’s talking about not using it while running well of course not who would do that!? lol this guy is not serious
People need to use common sense. Not a single muscle in your face will change shape, they aren't designed to. No matter what you do. The shape of face you have will always stay the same, only thing can change it is fat and the skin getting old.
As a fighter, my jaw doesn’t need to only withstand the forces of food but also stabilize my jaw so that it doesn’t shift. It’s not the exact muscles but similar enough that if I used the jawsercise to attach resistance from different angle I’m sure I’ll be fine. If it hurt your jaw you might have something wrong with it, unless you experience pain you should be fine. I feel like saying that the jaw muscles are only designed to chew foods and at the lever of the back teeth is like saying our legs are made for walking and therefore heavy deadlifts, at 10+ times the force of walking would be bad. But they’re not if done with good form. It may seem like there is no “good form” with such a simple maneuver but in reality if you have a forward head posture you are going to set up bad fixed points (punctum fixum ala Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) and have pain be more likely. Maybe learn some Dns breathing/ stabilization patterns and try again
I’ve read about overdoing and the harm it can cause u. One thing I have in mind is this and if ur still around I’d like ur input on this. I suffered a accident last year on Mother’s Day that unfortunately left me paralyzed from chest down. Prior to the accident I was an athlete, a boxer. I had a strong jaw where I didn’t need this due to the fact that I already engaged in many jaw exercises. But now after my accident, a coma and weeks without being able to eat or talk, later, I lost a lot of muscles in my jaw. I get fatigued just after a few bites of my food till this day (1year 6 months later) so my whole thing on this is, I figured maybe give it a try to help strengthen my jaw and other muscles so I don’t fatigue as much or fast anymore and could enjoy my meals better. Since I don’t have the pleasure of exercising like once could. I do agree with wat u said tho, about hurting yourself. But I feel it can b beneficial for someone with a weak jaw, rather than looking to tone ur face. For that u might as well exercise Well hope to hear from you
This is only for thin face people people with big cheeks are gona look weird with even more cheeks I been using it for a week and I see big results. And a nice jaw not a weird one

Man, I totally agree! I took this guys advice to all other aspects of my workout too, I stopped doing anything that caused my muscles to get tired, and I don't know about you, but I also got tired of sitting on a giant plate to catch all my sweat when working out too. Cause yuk! Yup great review, thing makes your muscles sore and makes you sweat. Two things that are just 100% wrong about working out.
I don't think they told you to chew the whole day! And are you not aware after the first exercise of any parts of your body i.e. abs, shoulders, biceps, tarps etc get sore for about 3-4 days straight? Same thing with jaw. You don't exercise? No offense just asking. Some people are not aware I am sure, so I asked. If you just follow directions that came with the product and complete the course, only then you and us viewers can be sure about the product. Take a break till the soreness lessen and is back to normal. Use the lowest level first and see. If you must!
I don’t understand why would any one need to buy something like this, when you get the same effect just pursing your lips, like kissing motion, when exhaling during exercising. When treadmilling, elipticaling, cycling, running, strength or HIIT training. Just make the motion of kissing when exhaling out the mouth during workouts. That’s all. Just kiss on exhale. It’s said if you say something three times, you won’t forget it. Now, that’s what I just did, so you won’t forget.
@Josh Gagnier, Who in the world would want to jog putting 40 lbs of pressure on their jaw, for that matter, why would anyone want forty pounds of pressure in their jaws? The whole reason for the “exercise” is purely for aesthetics, so, the same effects can be had just as said, every time you need to take a breather, purse your lips on exhale. It’s safer, doesn’t require anything more than just that to get the same effect in facial muscle. There’s no way anyone on this planet is ever going to gain a six pack on their face.
Also, I don't think it's safe to do it every day, your jaw muscles like any other muscle, you don't do abs work out every day and except result! your muscles need time to heal! I suggest replacing it with gum put it on the back teeth on each side and chew.
Wow that’s really ridiculous I’ve been using it a lot and I don’t salivate more my friends also use it they don’t have a problem with saliva maybe you have a problem with saliva in general LOL. and you don’t have to do it 15 minutes in a row you do reps of 20 like any exercise for your body for me it works my jaw line is way more defined
I do 3 face exercises for my face muscles with any device! I learned from old videos from JACK Lalane. Thanks. I think that with moderation it can be done THE BALL CHEWING thing

Women especially can benefit from this simple exercise...without using all those expensive products out there. Why put money in someone else's pocket when you can keep it in your own. Oh..thank me later. 😉😀

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Just chew gum for a few hours a day, no need too spend money on a product
Alex Brown Spend money on a product every day (gum) to not spend money on a product. Brilliant!

I just received this product. After one use i felt the burn in my muscles for a few hours after use.

Could you please talk more about how to properly chew gum, I know you’ve talked about that on your how to mew video, but I don’t know if I’m using my buccinators or not, I kinda fell my cheeks more puffed and less hollow after I chew. did you get good results ???
@@yeswanthanimireddy2423 i've been using it for almost to months and honestly its great i see results clearly. i use it for 20-30 mins a day but not at once. maybe like 10 mins 3 times a day.
I'm rating it to my left side and right side, 25 reps. No need to over due it. Feels good to me
I haven't faced the same issues you have, I've been using the product for about a year and there has definitely been some muscle growth.

Nicky G lol fr
I've bought one of those and immediately felt how hurting my jaw this thing was. Chewing gum is enough to naturally developped the muscles of the jaw.
Its bad for a hurting jaw to chew gum though isnt it?
Honestly I don't think you should chew gum, at least hard one, if your jaw is hurting actually. You should work on enlarging your upper palate and properly reconnecting your upper and lower jaws before chewing gum. Try to also focuse on properly chewing your meal
Jawresizer is best product for face. I am using it over a year
You're not supposed to use it on your front teeth, genius. Do you also chew gum with your front teeth?
I just look straight up and kiss the sky until my jaw is tired.
Does that work

This is literally like saying don’t lift weight because it’s dangerous -___- and he’s talking about not using it while running well of course not who would do that!? lol this guy is not serious
5 minutes a day... THATS ALL YOU NEED TO DO! No need to overuse, just do small reps.
For that u might as well exercise
Well hope to hear from you
This is only for thin face people people with big cheeks are gona look weird with even more cheeks I been using it for a week and I see big results. And a nice jaw not a weird one

No offense just asking. Some people are not aware I am sure, so I asked. Take a break till the soreness lessen and is back to normal. Use the lowest level first and see. If you must!
Tell me how to get a jaw line then
I don’t understand why would any one need to buy something like this, when you get the same effect just pursing your lips, like kissing motion, when exhaling during exercising.
You flex your jaw with 40lbs of pressure when you run?
