- In 2019, the Iranian government admitted for the first time that Christianity is growing rapid in the country. Efforts to stop the growth including increased Islamic propaganda and persecution of Christians were organized. These efforts, however, have not slowed growth. Indeed, it is execrating. In the first quarter of 2020, for example, Heart4Iran reported that monthly conversions recorded by its call centers are up 1000%! I look at the data and explain why this is happened.

I’m a Persian Jew who doesn’t need to exaggerate in favour of Christianity, but as someone who was born and raised in Iran, I can Bear witness to the rapid growth of Christianity in Iranian society. It’s actually insane. Now almost more than 50% of Iranians that I know are either Christian or Zoroastrian.
Jesus Never Calls Himself God
The Bible (in spite of being changed and adulterated over time) contains many verses in which Jesus speaks of God as a separate person to himself. Here are just a few of them:.
When a man addressed Jesus as “Good Teacher”, he replied “Why do you call me good? No one is good except the one God.’’ [Mark 10:18]
In another instance he says: “I can’t do anything by myself. Whatever I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just. I don’t seek my own will but the will of the one who sent me.” [John 5:30]
Jesus speaks of God as a separate being to himself: I’m going up to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God. [John 20:17]
In this verse he affirms that he was sent by God: This is eternal life: to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you sent. [John 17:3]
If Jesus was God he would have told people to worship him, but he did the opposite and disapproved anyone worshipping him: And in vain they worship Me [Matthew 15:9]
If Jesus claimed to be God than there should be hundreds of verses in the Bible which would have mentioned it. But there is not a single verse in the entire Bible in which Jesus says I am God, worship me

If any Christian can show me any verse in the Bible, any unequivocal statement, any unambiguous statement in the complete Bible where Jesus Christ (pbuh) says he is God or ‘worship me
God has sons by the tons. For example, the Bible says that angels are God’s sons (Genesis 6:2, 4), the nation of Israel is God’s son (Exodus 4:22; Jeremiah 31:9), the kings of Israel like David are God’s sons (Psalm 2:7), Adam is God’s son (Luke 3:38), and even peacemakers are God’s sons (Matthew 5:9). Paul himself says that all true believers are God’s children (Romans 8:14). So why do Christians mistakenly assume that Jesus is God because he is said to be God’s Son? And wouldn’t this also prove that the term son of God simply refers to someone who is a righteous servant of God

The word "only begotten" exists only in the Gospel according to John, only in the King James Version (1:14, 1:18, 3:16, 3:18). Interestingly enough, this word "only begotten" does not exist in the Revised Standard Version, New Revised Standard, or the World English Bible. Consequently, the two basic principles of Christianity, trinity and son of god, exist only in Gospel according to John and in First Epistle of John, only in the King James Version, a version that was described as having grave defects. The average Christian should have the right to ask why was the basics of my Christian faith deleted from later versions of the Bible and what happened to my faith? These are very serious and crucial questions. We all know by now that the writing of John is completely different from the synoptic Gospels. Again the question is why this word, that is extremely important, was deleted from later Bibles? But this is what Christians are made to believe in the churches without any references to the authenticity of the Gospels or to the different versions of the Bible. However, Christians also know that God has many sons according to the Bible:
"That the sons of God saw the daughters of men" (Genesis 6:2).
"Israel is my son, even my firstborn" (Exodus 4:22).
"Ye are the children of God" (Deuteronomy 14:1).
"The Lord hath said unto me, (David) Thou art my son: this day have I begotten thee" (Psalms 2:7).
"for I (God) am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my first born" (Jeremiah 31:9).
"which (Adam) was the Son of God" (Luke 3:38).
"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God" (Romans 8:14).
It is quite clear from the above verses that many righteous people were called sons of God. Israel and Ephraim were God's firstborn. David and Jesus were called begotten sons of God. So what does that mean? It is a metaphorical, not literal, descriptive term that is commonly used by the Jews to indicate closeness and affection to God. The authors of the New Testament used the same title of the Son of God to indicate closeness to God. The apostles and Paul were Jews using Jewish terms. Jesus also said, "God is not only his father, but also your father" (Matthew 5:45 & 48). This metaphorical term is quite obvious in II Cor. 6:18 "And will be a father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." Christians agree with that, but emphasize that Jesus was an exception based upon only the Gospel according to John only in the King James Version. God created Adam. But both Adam and Jesus had no fathers. As a matter of fact, creating Jesus was simpler, in a human sense, than creating Adam, because Adam had no father or mother, while Jesus had a mother. God created every living creature. He is the Lord, Creator, Cherisher, and Sustainer of all. Metaphorically speaking therefore God is the father of all.

In the Hebrews 7:3 there is a dramatic story about Melchisedec:
"Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, or end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually."
Melchisedec was the king of Salem and a priest of God. He met and blessed Abraham, Genesis 14:17-24. According to the above verse he is eternal, with no beginning or end, with no father or mother. He was in a position to bless Abraham. He was made like the Son of God. What more can you ask for a God? According to the Christian logic in the Bible, Melchisedec should be the Son of God or even god himself. He is more unique than Jesus or Abraham or Adam. None of these prophets are eternal. Why is Melchisedec very much unknown to the Christians? A person with his credential should be more famous than Jesus! Some may argue about the verse "like unto the son of God" that he is like but not actually the Son of God. In this case, who would confirm that the word "like" was not added to the text and who would confirm the authenticity of this whole part of the Hebrews, or who was the real author of this part? As usual this story is completely changed in other versions of the Bible. For example "without mother" is changed to "his mother was unknown"! Jesus called himself son of man and refused to be called Son of God:
"And the devils also came, out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God" (Luke 4:41).
It is clear here that the devils attempted to call Jesus as Son of God, but he refused that title, as the devils knew Jesus was the Christ. Jesus even refused to be called "the Christ of God" and called himself the son of man, (Luke 9:20-22).

Jesus was the expected Messiah and a prophet. Humans escalated and promoted him from a teacher to a prophet to the Son of God and finally to God himself.
Teacher:
"The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God..." (John 3:2).
Prophet:
"And the multitude said, this I Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee" (Matthew 21:11).
"That a great prophet is risen among us" (Luke 7:16). "Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a great prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people" (Luke 24:19). "This is of a truth that prophet that should come into the world" (John 6:14).
"Many of the people therefore, when they heard his saying, said, of truth this is the prophet" (John 7:40). "Nevertheless I (Jesus) must walk to day, and tomorrow, and the [day] following: for it cannot be that a Prophet perish out of Jerusalem." (Luke 13:33).
The following verses describe the human Jesus in his own words:
Jesus� Words:
"My doctrine is not mine, but His that sent me" (John 7:16). "The word which ye hear is not mine but the Father's which sent me" (John 14:24).
Jesus� Will:
"My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work" (John 4:34).
"Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me, nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done" (Luke 22:42).
Jesus' Power:
"I can of mine own self do nothing; as I hear, I judge; and my judgment is just, because I seek not mine own will but the will of the Father which hath sent me" (John 5:30).
"The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him" (John 13:16).
"But to sit on my right hand and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father" (Matthew 20:23).
Jesus� Knowledge:
"But of that day and hour knoweth no man, not the angels of heaven, but My Father only" (Matthew 24:36).
"But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father" (Mark 13:32).
Jesus' Status:
"Not everyone that saith unto me, "Lord, Lord," shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of My Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 7:21).
"And Jesus said to him, "Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God" (Mark 10:18).
"And I seek not mine own glory; there is One that seeketh and judgeth" (John 8:50).
Many Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God and God. From the above verses, it is clear that Jesus denied being God or the Son of God. It now leaves the Christians who believe that Jesus is God to provide just one single verse in the Bible where Jesus says, "I am God." God in the Old Testament declared, "I am God" over 200 times.
It is obvious that Jesus called himself son of man; the people called him teacher and prophet; the devils called him Son of God; Paul called him son of God in the Jewish sense; and John called him God using the Greek philosophy. In Matthew 10:24, Jesus, after calling himself as the son of man, he continued to claim the highest honor of being the servant of God:
"The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord."

In Matthew 5:9 Jesus says, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” Later in Matthew 5:45, Jesus prescribed to his followers the attainment of noble attributes, “that you may be sons of your Father in heaven.” Not exclusively his Father, but their Father …

I read most of it along with the sharia, some fatwas, and some of momo's own biography and some of the hadith's

Al-`Awfi said that Ibn `Abbas commented: "No idolator had any more treaty or promise of safety ever since Surah Bara'ah was revealed. The four months, in addition to, all peace treaties conducted before Bara'ah was revealed and announced had ended by the tenth of the month of Rabi` Al-Akhir.''
Basically means any peace with an infidel/kaeefir is done and is impossible due to this verse which confirms to abrogate all of the peaceful verses along with the fact that the sharia which being considered being the final interpretation of everything else basically said it as well.
And if there is going to peace that is mostly because the muhummadon is in no position to fight or a peace treaty that can only last up to 10 years maximum and can be broken at any time with circular reasoning or comes up with a random reason that they fear that they would break it first or are strong enough.
o9.0 JIHAD
(O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada
signifying warfare to establish the religion. And it is the lesser jihad. As for the greater jihad, it is

dispatched others. The former consist of the ones he personally attended, some twenty-seven (others say
twenty-nine) of them. He fought in eight of them, and killed only one person with his noble hand, Ubayy
ibn Khalaf, at the battle of Uhud. On the latter expeditions he sent others to fight, himself remaining at
Medina, and these were forty-seven in number.)
And the fact your religion does punish and kill people who apostate or honor killing is allowed for this reason.
o8.0 APOSTASY FROM ISLAM (RIDDA)
(O: Leaving Islam is the ugliest form of unbelief (keeufr) and the worst. It may come about through
sarcasm, as when someone is told, ``Trim your nails, it is sunna,'' and he replies, ``I would not do it even
if it were,'' as opposed to when some circumstance exists which exonerates him of having committed
apostasy, such as when his tongue runs away with him, or when he is quoting someone, or says it out of
fear.)
o8.1 When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves
to be killed.
o8.2 In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representive) to ask him to repent and return
to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.
o8.3 If he is a freeman, no one besides the caliph or his representative may kill him. If someone else kills
him, the killer is disciplined (def: o17) (O: for arrogating the caliph's prerogative and encroaching upon
his rights, as this is one of his duties).
o8.4 There is no indemnity for killing an apostate (O: or any expiation, since it is killing someone who
deserves to die).
o1.2 The following are not subject to retaliation:
(1) a child or insane person, under any circumstances (O: whether Muslim or non-Muslim.
The ruling for a person intermitently insane is that he is considered as a sane person when in his right
mind, and as if someone continously insane when in an interval of insanity. If someone against whom
retaliation is obligatory subsequently becomes insane, the full penalty is nevertheless exacted. A
homicide committed by someone who is drunk is (A: considered the same as that of a sane person,) like
his pronouncing divorce (dis: n1.2));
(2) a Muslim for killing a non-Muslim;
(3) a Jewish or Christian subject of the Islamic state for killing an apostate from Islam (O: because a
subject of the state is under its protection, while killing an apostate from Islam is without consequences);
(4) a father or mother (or their fathers of mothers) fir killing their offspring, or offspring's offspring;
(5) nor is retaliation permissible to a descendant for (A: his ancestor's) killing someone whose death
would otherwise entitle the descendant to retaliate, such as when his father kills his mother.
And the fact every scholar pretty much agrees with it (I mean duh or this wouldn't exist in the sharia)

If Jesus was God he would have told people to worship him, but he did the opposite and disapproved anyone worshipping him: And in vain they worship Me [Matthew 15:9]
If Jesus claimed to be God than there should be hundreds of verses in the Bible which would have mentioned it. But there is not a single verse in the entire Bible in which Jesus says I am God, worship me

I'm Iraqi who speaks Farsi very well and I know Some Iranian people who converted to Christianity but most of them live out of Iran.
But inside Iran a lot of people inside Iran are fed up of Islam.
That is true. A million converts is just 1% of the population. Lots and lots of room for additional growth of the Church in Iran.
I think there is 5 atheist converts for every Christian one.

Jesus Never Calls Himself God
The Bible (in spite of being changed and adulterated over time) contains many verses in which Jesus speaks of God as a separate person to himself. Here are just a few of them:.
When a man addressed Jesus as “Good Teacher”, he replied “Why do you call me good? No one is good except the one God.’’ [Mark 10:18]
In another instance he says: “I can’t do anything by myself. Whatever I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just. I don’t seek my own will but the will of the one who sent me.” [John 5:30]
Jesus speaks of God as a separate being to himself: I’m going up to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God. [John 20:17]
In this verse he affirms that he was sent by God: This is eternal life: to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you sent. [John 17:3]
If Jesus was God he would have told people to worship him, but he did the opposite and disapproved anyone worshipping him: And in vain they worship Me [Matthew 15:9]
If Jesus claimed to be God than there should be hundreds of verses in the Bible which would have mentioned it. But there is not a single verse in the entire Bible in which Jesus says I am God, worship me

MUHAMMAD (PBUH) PROPHESISED IN THE BOOK OF DEUTERONOMY: .
Almighty God speaks to Moses in Book of Deuteronomy chapter 18 verse 18:
"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."
The Christians say that this prophecy refers to Jesus (pbuh) because Jesus (pbuh) was like Moses (pbuh). Moses (pbuh) was a Jew, as well as Jesus (pbuh) was a Jew. Moses (pbuh) was a Prophet and Jesus (pbuh) was also a Prophet.
If these two are the only criteria for this prophecy to be fulfilled, then all the Prophets of the Bible who came after
Moses (pbuh) such as Solomon, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Malachi, John the Baptist, etc. (pbut) will
fulfill this prophecy since all were Jews as well as prophets.
However, it is Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) who is like Moses (pbuh):
i)
Both had a father and a mother, while Jesus (pbuh) was born miraculously without any male intervention.
[Mathew 1:18 and Luke 1:35 and also Al-Qur'an 3:42-47]
ii)
Both were married and had children. Jesus (pbuh) according to the Bible did not marry nor had children.
iii)
Both died natural deaths. Jesus (pbuh) has been raised up alive. (4:157-158)
Muhammad (pbuh) is from among the brethren of Moses (pbuh). Arabs are brethren of Jews. Abraham (pbuh) had two sons: Ishmail and Isaac (pbut). The Arabs are the descendants of Ishmail (pbuh) and the Jews are the descendants of Isaac (pbuh).
Words in the mouth:
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was unlettered and whatever revelations he received from Almighty God he repeated them verbatim.
"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."
[Deuteronomy 18:18]
iv)
Both besides being Prophets were also kings i.e. they could inflict capital punishment. Jesus (pbuh) said, "My kingdom is not of this world." (John 18:36).

Both were accepted as Prophets by their people in their lifetime but Jesus (pbuh) was rejected by his
people. John chapter 1 verse 11 states, "He came unto his own, but his own received him not."
iv)
Both brought new laws and new regulations for their people. Jesus (pbuh) according to the Bible did not bring any new laws. (Mathew 5:17-18).

It is Mentioned in the book of Deuteronomy chapter 18:19
"And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not harken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him."

Muhammad (pbuh) is prophesised in the book of Isaiah:
It is mentioned in the book of Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12:
"And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned."
When Archangel Gabrail commanded Muhammad (pbuh) by saying Iqra - "Read", he replied, "I am not learned".

prophet Muhammad (pbuh) mentioned by name in the old testament:
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is mentioned by name in the Song of Solomon chapter 5 verse 16:
"Hikko Mamittakim we kullo Muhammadim Zehdoodeh wa Zehraee Bayna Jerusalem."
"His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters
of Jerusalem."
In the Hebrew language im is added for respect. Similarely im is added after the name of Prophet Muhammad
(pbuh) to make it Muhammadim. In English translation they have even translated the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as "altogether lovely", but in the Old Testament in Hebrew, the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is yet present.
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in the New Testament:
Al-Qur'an Chapter 61 Verse 6:
"And remember, Jesus, the son of Mary, said, 'O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me and giving glad tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmed.' But when he came to them with clear signs, they said, 'This is evident sorcery!' "
All the prophecies mentioned in the Old Testament regarding Muhammad (pbuh) besides applying to the Jews also hold good for the Christians.

John chapter 14 verse 16: "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever."

Gospel of John chapter 15 verse 26:
"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which
proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me."
3.
Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 7:
"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not
come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you".
"Ahmed" or "Muhammad" meaning "the one who praises" or "the praised one" is almost the translation of the
Greek word Periclytos. In the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, and 16:7. The word 'Comforter' is used in the English translation for the Greek word Paracletos which means advocate or a kind friend rather than a comforter.
Paracletos is the warped reading for Periclytos. Jesus (pbuh) actually prophesised Ahmed by name. Even the
Greek word Paraclete refers to the Prophet (pbuh) who is a mercy for all creatures.
Some Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. They fail to realise
that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the
Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet
Muhammad (pbuh).

He took the keys of death and Hades from Satan himself by defeating phisical death and death from sin.

The Bible (in spite of being changed and adulterated over time) contains many verses in which Jesus speaks of God as a separate person to himself. Here are just a few of them:.
When a man addressed Jesus as “Good Teacher”, he replied “Why do you call me good? No one is good except the one God.’’ [Mark 10:18]
In another instance he says: “I can’t do anything by myself. Whatever I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just. I don’t seek my own will but the will of the one who sent me.” [John 5:30]

The context of that verse makes it clear that he meant he is the example to follow to get to Almighty God and this is true for all messengers. That is the reason they are sent, to show how to live the message. The context starts from verse 1 what you quote is not an isolated statement

I understand that when His disciples asked, "What is the way?" He said, "No one comes to the Father but through Me" (John 14:6). However, there is context here. It does not appear to be a blanket statement. For example, He obviously didn't mean it for some kid living in Ireland at that same exact night of the Last Supper.
Jesus did say, "Blessed are those who believe in me" (John 20:29), but He did not say there that you are damned to hell if you don't. So did the TV series leave something out? Or where did fallen man come up with this?

Actually, it is happening. Turkey is many years behind Iran on the apostacy curve, so the numbers are still small, But the pattern is similar. The Church is growing rapidly there, going from like 500 ex-Muslim Christians to 50,000 over the last 40 years.

Converting from Zoroastrainism to Islam was a blunder. Iran(Persia) lost its intellectual edge.
In fairness, Iran was mostly Islamic before the 1979 revolution. The problem was converting from a secular government to a sharia based government (in other words, the problem was caused by properly following Islamic teaching).

If Iranians are converting to Christianity by the thousands, that would be a sure sign that this is a mighty punishment for being Shiites(Sectarian). Because no real Muslim will worship Jesus who was created by Allah. Muslims know what happens when you join partners with Allah. I say no more. Muslims know that Jesus never ask us to worship him. So if the Shiites are that blinded by Christianity, they were never Muslims.
