Jay: "Enough about episode 5, we're onto episode 6, hopefully it gets a little brighter here, hopefully this one isn't *as* sad" Me:"...well" Jay: "Can't wait for Yann's reaction, let's hear it" Me: *starts sweating* I'm glad you watched episode 6 and 7 back to back, since episode 7 gave the perfect follow up and healing that was needed after this beautifully acted but really sad episode.
Can't wait for your episode 7 reaction...and 8 and 9 and 10 :) Axel and Maxence are two incredibly talented actors. What they created will last forever.
every time i see reactors think like: ooh this is sad, but at least everything will start looking up this episode when he comes out to yann... and i laugh
the Jonas character has like 3 jobs.... be a pothead, gaslight his girlfriend in season 1, and then have the PERFECT reaction to his best friend's coming out... they can change almost anything else about him but those three things are his PURPOSE in this show. they messed up on this one. and I know what people are going to say, about how he explains stuff later, I don't care, you don't make it about you. the iconic perfect response is the most important thing this character contributes to this series and they messed up.
Lol the way you praised yann and looking forward to their "conversation " and I'm here watching like Boy... wait for it (I mean it's not what you think it is)
Yann reacted that way because Lucas kinda told him he had a crush on him at first and that's why yann said he needed time. He wasn't mad cause he's gay
Can't wait for your reaction to Ep7!! Also I'm looking forward to the day you start with the reactions of Skam Wtfock, seriouslyyy Skam France and Skam Wtfock AMAZING remakes
Hey, when you're up to date with all the adaptions including SKAM France, Belgium (Wallonia), Belgium (Flanders), Germany (Called Druck), Italy, United States, Spain, and Netherlands, may I suggest the Norwegian Netflix show 'Ragnarok' (1 season, 6 episodes, 2nd season confirmed but not released yet) which also stars David Sjoholt (Magnus), and Herman Tomeraas (Christoffer) from this show. It's available with both English subittles and English dubbin and last time I checked they started to include subtitles for whenever someone spoke in Old Norse (though not the first time but that was at the beginning of the show).
It was so obvious to me from the very first time I saw it. He asks who knows and hear a full list of people when he's supposed to be the best friend and has made multiple attempts for Lucas to explain what's going on. I don't understand why people don't get it.
I liked that it allowed us to have the powerful intervention clip and Yann had an amazing apology by being the first Jonas to apologize for the gay jokes. But I see your POV as well. The scene in the original was so special.
@@cindyjane4032 The writers definitely knew what they were doing. As much as I hate the way this episode ended, Episode 7 is just one incredible scene after another; there is no filler at all. It's actually one of my favorite episodes of tv of all time.
Give the writers of this remake some credit for not making this coming out scene identical to the OG Skam one. It wouldn't be realistic that Yann would have a positive reaction and be supportive of Lucas's revelation to him. Yann is black. Blacks the world over are known to be very homophobic. Keeping it the same would be.outrageously unrealistic. They had to change it.
Manon and Lucas crying together broke my heart.

I laughed so hard with your Jay/Me convo 😂 I was literally thinking the EXACT same thing!
That episode got some amazing scenes. The next is like a work of art.
Work of art
Loved your reaction at the end: "Wait a minute, what?! That's not how that was supposed to go!"
That was my reaction, too.
Can't wait for your episode 7 reaction...and 8 and 9 and 10 :) Axel and Maxence are two incredibly talented actors. What they created will last forever.
Axel needs to come to Hollywood now. I'm waiting for a family drama where he stars opposite Meryl Streep.
every time i see reactors think like: ooh this is sad, but at least everything will start looking up this episode when he comes out to yann... and i laugh
You got SKAMed
Episode seven has some great scenes. I so enjoy your reviews of Skam. Thank you!

Also me : not realize that this season isn't finish yet
Can't wait for your reaction to episode 7!😍 it's so amazing!
i need your reaction to episode 7 rn lol

This shit hurted like hell.

I loved Ragnarok! Great story and some familiar faces (oh and it also stars the actress who played Sonja)
Wait til episodes :3-7 and 3-9 , the best is yet to come.
Yessss another reaction ‼️🤩
Yann reacted this way not because Lucas is gay. The reason is completely different.
He’s gonna know when he watches the next episode. You don’t need to explain

You better release the next one asap... :D
Oh boy
Any chance of you reacting to Julie and the Phantoms?
Actually the worst change they made in S3. I hated Yann’s reaction. I mean that scene in OG was near perfection, so I’m biased.
I liked that it allowed us to have the powerful intervention clip and Yann had an amazing apology by being the first Jonas to apologize for the gay jokes. But I see your POV as well. The scene in the original was so special.
