    Rubie recounts her “greatest spiritual experience,” when she “really received a testimony of the Gospel.”
    She explains how that her mission to the Canadian mission was when that mission was just opening up/new.
    Her mission companion, Zela Jones and Rubie travel to Kitchner. Visiting the Willis’ a convert family. The cottage meeting at their home-Rubie was told: “Sister Parrish will be one of the main speakers.”
    Guests gather. Rubie asks to be alone for a moment and prays fervently for a witness-and details how she received an answer.
    Rubie bore her testimony that “for the first time in my life that I knew that the things that I said were true.”
    She also talks about feeling the spirit of her father visiting her after his death, that he was helping her, when she was selling her house.
    She talks about the Holy Ghost.
    Her son, John Wilbur Jeppson then gives his testimony he received while on his mission to Hawaii, reading and praying about the Book of Mormon-when he describes he received “an electrifying experience.”
    He also recounts how he had that same sort of experience when he first saw “Char” his future wife, while they were both students at BYU.
    John and Char kneel by Grandma Rubie to thank her for being interviewed. End of interview.
