If the Parkinson's patient is struggling to breath due to mucus, should we try to give fluids or smoothies anyway?

We use cameras and motion sensors through the house with my aging father who refuses to leave home for a long term facility. He wants no one in his home.

Hello, My 81 year-old mom is in advanced stage of PD. She is currently bedridden in a hospice house and has confusion at times. Because she began eating again, the hospice house wants to discharge her to a long-term nursing facility. If they do this I won't be able to visit her because of Covid-19. I want to bring her home but am concerned about home health workers bringing the coronavirus into my home, and more concerning than that is my lack of skills in providing the level of care she requires since nurses can't be here all the time. I'm also afraid of her passing away in front of me when I am home alone. It is just me here most of the time. Do you think maybe I am worrying too much and should bring her home for her last days/months? I realize there is not a simple answer but I would greatly value your opinion. Thank you.
