Yes, it would be great if someone could update the Pomodoro timer to at least 40 minutes-maybe an entrepreneur could take that on? Also, I’d love to see a video on resistance to your future self from your perspective if one hasn’t been made yet. Thank you so much for your work-it came to me at just the right time! If I can incorporate even a couple more of these ideas into my daily routine, it could be a real game-changer. 😊
Nice information as always. Cheat #11 - That’s on point about working out early morning. However what can be done if that’s the only options I have. I do heavy lifting early morning and do feel sluggish and unproductive after that. Do you think a nap would help or if you have any other tried method? Thanks.
It may not be what you want, but higher reps of lower weight would result in lower Central Nervous System (CNS) fatigue compared to heavy/max lifting. Other potential benefits include increased hypertrophy and muscular endurance, as well as saving time on workouts due to shorter rest periods. The main cons would be less enjoyment in your case, as well as significantly decreased strength gains.

Maybe try a NSDR by Andrew Huberman
Awesome video.
I'd recommend 'Deep Work' by Cal Newport and 'Indistractable' by Nir Eyal for further thoughts on this topic. Both provided value for me.
2 great recommendations.
Can you make a vid on the video equipment you have? Would be super cool! Thanks!
Incredibly valuable informatiin in this video, thank you❤
