Why can't Georgia have a similar law to prevent foreign influence in its media, just like almost all Western countries?

The first law about "foreign influencers" was adopted in our country ...... the United States of America. All organizations receiving money from abroad (>20%) should report to our American Authorities. All other sovereign Democracies in the World (Russia, China, India, etc.) used our blueprints.
EU standards are more strict than Georgian law, and FARA is worth
Israel requires NGOs that receive 50% or more of their funding from foreign governments to state that fact in various situations, including in all of their publications
