He walks better in the trailer than a lot of untrained horses! The farmer has put hours of work in his beloved animal.
And a fair few trained ones😂
Older bulls usually are wery calm
@@josh_1518 So true. 😂
Robert Phillips is a legend in the highland coo business. Avidly supports Leeds United, comes back from stage 4 cancer and has the driest sense of humour. Not all his bulls are so docile I can assure you 🤣
Are these bulls for comsumption
He's one mighty fine bull you got there. "The Highland Houdini" might be a more apt name for him. 🤣
Animal that size goes were it wants to be.
Looks like a gentle giant.
Lord is spectacular - and it is obvious he has been well trained, and well loved. Would love to see any of his calves!
Tom like "shall we cross breed ?" Bull "I hear ya tom hold my beer "jumps fence n starts rooting
Your Auntie Jean is a real laugh! Lol love her. ❤️ definitely stopped in more often with her. Something like Auntie Jean's corner where she gives us the Farm animal gossip. LOL
I love how the ladies horns were up with excitement at the “Lords” arrival!! 😂🤣🤣🤣🤩🤩👏👏🇦🇺🇦🇺
He seems to have a perfect temperament, besides being a spritely jumping ginger.
In other news that new bull looks pretty good too.
Your Aunty Jean is truly awesome! love her descriptions!
The best!
How peaceful life is there . May God keep this prosperity forever there and everywhere ✨✨🤍
Ruairidh is a GREAT name ... 🙂😉
Rory is a male given name of Gaelic origin. It is an anglicisation of the Irish: Ruairí/Ruaidhrí and Scottish Gaelic: Ruairidh[2] and is common to the Irish, Highland Scots and their diasporas.[3] The meaning of the name is "red king", composed of ruadh ("red") and rígh ("king"). In Ireland and Scotland it is a masculine name and only rarely a female name.[4]
So Lord Ruadh of Kelvin is literally the Red Lord of Kelvin.
That big boy!! Watching him gallop across the field with the other highlands...so amazing. Thanks for sharing this. Can't wait to see how the girls do with him.
An incredible looking bull!! And a big thank you to the farmer he came from for being a part of the video. It is always fun to see more of the farming community.
YES! Put 'the lord of Lytham" in with the other girls, please? Those babies would be so cute! Great video and thank you for sharing a snippet of your farm life with all of us.
And tasty..
Condolences for the passing of the queen! She was an amazing woman! Love your adventures. Love the improvements! 🐾💚🐾
The queen is dead, God save the King! England continues.
He's a stunner, I like his houdini escape artist antics! The Lord of the Manor doesn't think he should be excluded from any inch of the farm.
The heifers were like “come on big boy let us show you around”! Lol!
Glad to see the ginger guy living his best life as well on his vacation. Great Friday video to brighten my day and everyone else’s. Be well be you
He seems like a very well mannered guy, he very politely jumps the fence to say hi to all his neighbours 😆. Absolutely beautiful though. Wish I could see him in person but Im in Canada so will have to be content with your videos. I hope hes in alot of your videos while hes visiting though
Fences Schmences!
The Lord bull says he'll go where he wants to, thank you very much! Beautiful bull, should throw some great calves! I think the bull answered the question of whether to cross with the other cow himself when he went over that fence. Best laid plans and all that... Glad the Ginger enjoyed his holiday.
bless Queen Elizibeth may she rest in peace, God save the King.
that is a great bull! Sure will be cool to breed him with some of the other cows.. Great video once again Tom!
Great to see him “in person” at the farm today! Wife and I visited on way back down south from lakes! Worth the detour, had a lovely lunch from the farm shop.
A friend in the NE of the US had a Highland Jersey cross. He raised her up to pull his logs in for the fireplace and when she calved he milked her. He loved her because she was tough and gave extra milk. Perfect combo for cold winters.
Im A Survivor Sanctuary here on youtube adopted a Brahma/Jersey cross, she was an orphan. Thier holstein cross steer (6' 5" at the shoulder) has taken her under his protection and they make a lovely pair.
Im so curious to see how she will turn out... Jersey are so small and Brahma so large! But at least both breeds seem rather mellow.
Next summer Tom will look over the field filled with strong fluffy calves and say: ‘Thank Lord!’....
💯😂
Praise the Lord!🐂🐂
What a magnificent animal! I hope his good training and the good time he’ll have on the farm keep him friendly and safe. He’s clearly interested in the ladies.
Much sympathy to all of you in the UK for the passing of Queen Elizabeth ... but as you as say in Britain, Carry On ... 🇬🇧
Bloody hell he is a big boy.
We need more of aunty's jeans tails.
Glad to see the ginger guy back all rested up 👍
Absolutely gorgeous, love the way your Aunty gave the, you know what they were doing look.
The Lord is stunning! He will undoubtedly produce some stunning calves!
I love highland cows they're so cute and that big old bowl is so beautiful you're going to have some beautiful babies from him
That is a massive bull, love him!!!!!
Don’t forget he’s halter trained!! That’s so awesome! U can use him for lots of things.
That’s a magnificent animal Tom. It will be interesting to see his progeny 👍
What a good boy he is. So calm and relaxed the way he strolled into the trailer and off. A well trained, good looking, big boy. He's going to do well with the ladies. Well done.
Stroong on the Pemberton family. Bull needs no help. Auntie Gene, Jean? was hilarious; good bit of editing 11:43 made me laugh till the cows Came home.🤣🤣🤣
You have some of the happiest and most content cows I have ever seen!!! Love watching your channel!!!!
6:43 The sky behind you two is stunning. Almost as stunning as The Lord. That’s a bull and a half. Thank goodness he’s a sweetheart.
Wow, what a beauty, one hell of a bull, you'll have some cracking calves off him
What a proud looking boy he is, he’s knows he’s the boss and he shows it, good luck with him 🤞🤞🤞
Those highlands look really agile lol, beautiful animal :)
Tom that is a lovely bull. I love the highlands. I am glad you are giving the girls a chance to produce some more highlands.
Great bull 😊
With all that wool on him he probably just laughs at those puny electric fences! What a beauty. Would love to know how your half Angus half Highland beef turns out. The extra wool on the Highland marbles up the meat better because with that coat, they don't need to lay in fat under the skin too keep warm. You should get some PREMIUM quality meat from that cross - can't wait to see it in the shop and hear what your customers think of it!
The drone shot really showed how massive he is :)
I have had one of my Highlands clear a five bar gate. I have had the bull lift a gate of the hinges and one use it's tongue to open a gate. Now all my gates are tied with rope.
I wish i had a place in the USA that I could farm these cattle. Awesome looking
There is a breeder here in New Zealand, Tim Gow, who has developed a naturally polled highland cow called "Tufty". They're super cool!
Good looking bull Tom. Sad day for the Royal R. I. P. Queen Elizabeth. God save the King 🤴
Living the dream mate, you are a credit to your dad and farming in general.
Massive Highland bull, but he has been well trained! Very well mannered bull too. I think the ladies will love your new bull…once they get acquainted!😉
He's a magnificent bull! Very placid too, but still has an enough of the right kind of oomph it seems! It would be nice to see you have a herd or herds of perhaps another two native British breeds. The Welsh Black to represent Wales and a breed from England, perhaps the English Longhorn and of course the Highlands and Angus too for Scotland. I noticed the Belted Galloway in Robert's field. Another interesting cow. Adding different herds makes it complicated though so I'm really just fantasising a bit too much and it isn't very pragmatic. It would still be nice to see in one place of course. I'm a bit of a fan of the Irish Dexter.
The Lord is one handsome & jacked Dude!
I've been hoping you would get another Hyland bull. This one is GLORIOUS. I hope you have some Hyland calves soon
Lord Ruadh is absolutely gorgeous. I wish him the best of life at Pems
Nice one Tom and dad What an incredible addition to the farm I look forward to seeing him and you all next month when we are down from Scotland 👌🏼
The difference between Tom's cattle and other. Tom's are not afraid of the drone. Couldn't care less. Yet the highland farm were all looking and running away. 😆 🤣
hahaha
Now, that's a big boy! Hope he performs as well as he looks. Welcome Laird Dearg.
Love that big fella..
That little black calf is so cute!
WOW. Super Duper. Great video Thank you. xx
Morning Tom. What a big beautiful boy. The bull, not you. Oh, okay, you too ❤️
Love it!! I'm missing those highland videos for a while! Greetings from Spain.
Love the Fluffy Cows❤️He is massive‼️
That's great that your mom and dad are taking a holiday! He's the Lord (laird?) so he's trying to reccy out the limits of his domain. Condolences to you all on the death of your gracious monarch. I honestly feel like I lost my granny. Jo Lori D. from West Virginia, USA
He is beauttiful and the Queen god bless her would be extremely impressed and proud as you are well done be safe from essex
Oh my. The Lord is a GRAND BULL!!
"The Lord" is one honkin' huge bull! I hope his progeny are as good looking as he is!
He's a beast!! hahah
That's a bunch of BULL!
Absolutely beautiful views from that drone. You and everyone working on that farm, should hold your head high and be very proud. Great Job Tom!!!
Very impressive!!
Ooh, the girls are all giddy when they see the new guy!
what an absolute unit
When the Lord is with you ... great things can happen ! 🙂😀😉
Superb Video Tom. Great to see a Highland Bull at Lytham again, hoping you have more success with this big lad than you did last time. Looking forward to seeing his offspring. I guess your going to find out what happens when you cross a Highland with a dairy cow. Might be best to keep him on a ball and chain. Don't want any more mishaps. 🐮🐮🐮
Yes lord of Lutham wow he is huge.Going to be hard to keep him inside the right pasture electric fence don’t think it will bother him. Yes ,Tom ,you should try highland bull on your cows.
Gorgeous bull. I really like that you are going to keep thr breed pure.
duuude hes huge - :D those poor goats hahaha saw him and were like uhhh come again... hes with us? Have a great weekend much love from Florida :D
Oh my lord, sweet sweet lord, I really want to see you, 👍🐂.
Joanna was thinking good lord what a big boy lol 😂
Hi father and Tom we love you I love watching your page I never thought it took so much hard work to run a farm
Still my favourite farm channel on UA-cam!
BIG big 💪 wow big BIG BULL
Oh boy what a stonking bull. Your Dad is not the only handsome ginger Lord of Lytham on the farm now 😉
If he's not going to be permanent, how long will he be staying?
Thanks for another cracking video, cheers Tom.
I love him! Hope you keep up with his halter training it would make your life much easter.
Easier* it's been SIX DAYS and I uust realized I spelled that wrong 😳
As an American watching someone tow a bull with a Volvo station wagon is hilarious. Great video!
He’s so fluffy🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍🐮such a awesome name! Wow congratulations for your folks enjoying a vacation…. That’s great trained bull! May he breed like the stars in the sky! Awe cool steam 🚂
I'd cross him with any that need covered, honestly. Take advantage of the opportunity while it presents itself. :)
Congrats he's a beast good luck with him hope everything works out well
Hope the ginger guy with the moustache had a great holiday 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Brilliant , get in there Lord !! 😅😅
Oh my, he’s a Hugh lad and an escape artist. Ha ha!
Thats called happy animals and the meat surely is amazing. A lot of space 😍👌🏻
Yes highland first cross on dairy heifers is a thing in my part of the world generally highland calf’s are smaller and are used to make first cross less complicated and no fence will hold a highland bull from his lady’s that fear no electric or barb
Love THE LORD , My THATS A BIG ONE.
wauw! thats a bull!!..love it lets pray for the Lord to do!!
You’re Auntie is the best!!
Lord is sure a Handsome man 🤗
Looks like all the mechanics are working. 💪😁
Hi Tom, sorry about the Queen.
Yes, please put The Lord in with those girls. I think he's going to go there by himself.
I think he's going wherever he wants to go. He is amazingly huge, but handsome.
Take care and stay safe till next time. ❤️
His lordship is a nice looking bull.
I think he made the choice for you by jumping the fence 😂
would be cool to see the difference in genetics of The ‘fluffy’ girls with Angus vs the dairy/Angus girls with the lord! To see how different the calves turn out!
A fluffy black and white cow would look cool.
