The truth is that food is very subjective because if a Kenyan goes to study or even visit Ghana, they won’t like the food either because it is usually full of pepe plus the mannerisms of eating food in Ghana is a put off for East Africans because in Ghana they mix fish, chicken, goat, beef and even snails in one soup which then poured over fufu and people dip their fingers communally in one bowl of food which is unhygienic.

Ghanaians are known as being very polite, dignified, cultured people. They teach their children their values, language, traditions, modesty and manners. They remind me of how Kenyans used to be some decades ago - we seem to have lost our way somehow. Food is a big deal in their society - Banku, kenke, jollof rice and nicely cooked tilapia with pepper sauce. Bush meat takes some getting used to! Most Kenyan small restaurants, vibandas and street vendors rarely use spices on food. It's just the culture I've noticed. Maybe it's to consider customers who may have conditions that don't allow them to eat any spices. And we have good food just go ask your grandmothers for some recipes
With Kenyans we eat what is around, beef stew, dry fried beef, boiled beef with soup, it's your choice. We organise specially cooked meals on a special occasion.

@gmog7857 The USIU is heavily respected by US companies in the region, and most likely they will be back after graduate studies. Must have seen the previous video about the Ghanian board chairman of the college, who went through the same path. There are thousands of US companies for them to choose from.
