i'm ann, 24 years old, born and raised in vietnam, moved to the u.s. when i was 16, currently living in the state of texas

no - i'm also a learner like a lot of you so i can't teach anyone korean, at least at this time

@@Shinchan.com2 Hi, I usually try to study whenever I have free time or my designated studying time. I'm usually not free a lot of the time (school, extra-curriculars, etc.) but I'll try and get it in around 45-60 minutes of practical studying each day. My practical studying is usually TTMIK workbooks and howtostudykorean.com, as well as other things. I usually write them down and put them in apps, such as Anki or Quizlet to help me memorize them in the future. In my free time where I'm not studying, I will try and review the things I put in apps, as well as language-learning apps like Memrise and Duolingo, as a supplement to what I'm learning. For listening comprehension, I try and watch K-dramas and listen to music in Korean, as well as listen to podcasts - although it's usually in my studying time because I like to have a transcript of what I'm listening to, so I can mark up the text. I hope this helped!

I suggest you to see notetaking vids on UA-cam I have no idea but maybe there on skill share , tiktok also a good option and also pinterest and there are many options...
My tips are from my experience:-
1. Use good notetaking esstinals
2. Use some stickers, washi tapes and also do some doodles
3. Use colour coding system
And yes these are some of my tips

I would like to know, when do you review the lessons in the textbook with the workbook? , is it right just when you've finished the lesson or do you take some time to learn the lesson first and then review a little bit later? 😀😀😀
most of the time i do it right after i finished the lesson, for harder lessons or for ones with quite a bit more vocabs i take some time to learn the lesson first!

Is “how to study korean” better or “talk to me in korean” is better?
i can’t say which one is better, but ttmik is more suitable for me since the lessons are short and i’m a slow learner, plus there are pictures and colors in the book that make it more fun and interesting! howtostudykorean is very detailed in contexts, and because of that the lessons are full of text which i find boring and unmotivated, but this doesn’t mean the lessons are not helpful. they both are! ttmik is my main resource but i do plan to add howtostudykorean into my routine soon 😊

i’m currently in school, so to be completely transparent, i haven’t studied as much as when i was on break - when i was on break i study almost everyday and about 2 hours a day; but now it’s only once a week (for the actual lessons) + i try to study on the duolingo 10 minutes a day just so i don’t completely forget the language ✨ hope this helps! and thank you for the love on my videos 💖
