Thank you. The device is called roast vision but it's not available anymore, yet, there are some new devices in the market. Check Aliexpress for a coffee roast meter. You can also check gethub for a build your own if you know Arduino stuff.

Some people are adding probes and they mod it to work with artisan. But stock no.
