That's why sometimes it's good, to get a large bucket of water and just dump it down your toilet. That will cause a LARGE rush of water down your pipes and send some of that shit away before it builds up.

Hello and good morning folks; take that stupid old rat trap out because I’ll bet the rest of the house has been retrofitted with under the sink traps and put the right pitch on that pipe. You can see the box that’s farther towards Donald‘s left, that is a check valve, so nothing from the street can come into the house. I would leave that in and take the rat trap out! Then install a nice Kohler or American standard power flusher and you will not have any more problems unless there’s a case of super stupid in the house! The best thing to always do whether you have a power flusher or regular gravity type toilet is to do your “dump” first, then flush that and then do the paperwork right afterward, and if you got to do two flushes for the paperwork, then do that but you won’t get it clogged if you follow that formula! Take it from me, I’m a master plumber who does the same stuff that Donald does as well.

Every time I watch one of these I'm reminded how glad I am to live in a state where these goofy building traps are illegal.
people still clog their drains...all the houses in my neighborhood are 25 years old or newer and I see the rooter trucks all the time.. the drains are actually beuilt right, but people clog them up with wipes and skillet grease and such.. this old guy needs to go out and get a vintage american standard cadet toilet.. something like 5 gallons per flush

Fill the bathtub up once a week and let itflush the line of any buildup. Regular toilet and sink flow isn't enough to remove the soap scum build up from the dip in the line. Like the Boss said until the homeowner fixes the plumbing/pipe issues once in for all. I always fill my upstairs tub to the limit and then pull the plug to flush my main line. The kids have a tendency to use too much toilet paper and I'm trying my best to keep ahead of a potential clog…..

I would bet dollars to doughnuts that check valve is also a problem but can't be serviced with the breaker panel in the way. That last 10 feet or so needs a better pitch and move or eliminate the check valve at the same time. Then you could get some flow. Also, do a load of laundry with HOT water once in awhile.
