I got this cycle (hero octane dtb) from Amazon.... Worst thing is the back Tyre is getting out of the clip no matter how Hard I fasten it... I even Took it to 3 different local cycle stores in my area even after they fix it after some time it comes off.... I. Am trying to contact hero cycles to get any help. But its not happening..... I m feeling so annoyed......I feel I wasted my money trusting hero cycles.... Waste never ever buy hero cycles... You won't get any service or support for it.....
