    Bro tell me one thing. We can avoid overtraining in two ways:
    1. Either we bowl less number of balls everyday (25-30 balls)
    2. Or we bowl on alternate days but on each day that we ball we should be bowling around 50-60 balls.
    Which one is better. I try to use the second method as it allows me to build the endurance to bowl more overs in a match and since I'm bowling on alternate days I'm not putting my body into too much pressure

      Bowl just 5-6 overs in a single session and that too just 4 times a week in nets or single wicket and not more than that, bowling 10 overs in a single lession leads to chronic cns fatigue which requires minimum 3 days to recover so its better to go with short session and with consistency.

      @@Athleteworldbrother i can't stick on a one bowling action as at least 3 to 4 months my bowling action has totally get changed as there is also one problem for me is that many coaches say me that your run up is too big at these age (15) brother my steps of run up is 40 so please give me suggestion. but my bowling speed is 110 to 115 km/h . Sir please reply

    Hi Satyam
    Can we use tennis ball for drills to improve line, length in bowling. Basically my daughter plays leather ball cricket, where she goes for coaching. But since there is not much of open space near my home to practice with season leather ball, Can we practice with tennis ball to improve line, length and speed. Basically she is fast bowler but having issues with line and length

      Yes it can be done if no infrastructure is available. Spot bowling + light weight bowling will also help to develop arm speed over the period of time.
