What professions would you recommend for a returning player that plans on doing a lot of m+? I'm not really interested in crafting gear and spamming trade chat to find customers, ideally crafting items and then being able to post them on the AH, would alchemy make sense? Or tailoring to do the CD crafts?
@@zylok1920 Yeah think ill def take Alchemy for that, i dont plan on doing any gathering though, would it make sense to mayeb go tailoring or jewelcrafting 2nd to craft cds and post on AH?
@@RushedYT I was just saying if you are doing M+ herbs will give you the mats for alchemy that way you won’t have to buy mats. Or go enchant. Might be a option also
Nice informative video, could you possibly inform me on whether Dragonflight crafting levels has any impact on your TWW crafting level? For example, if im max enchanting with a lot of specialisation points in enchanting.. when the war within lands do i have any advantage over anyone who starts enchanting for the first time?
Would combining enchanting with tailoring, in the classical way of doing it, work well still? I main a druid, and he has alchemy/herb. I am heavily considering maining, or heavily focusing on at first, on my priest for this expansion. That one has tailoring and enchanting, and I wonder how enjoyable and profitable that will be? I also might play a paladin later on, with probably BSM because he's a lightforged and I might as well get my use out of the anvil at least. I also have a mage and warlock with inscription/herb, but I've also heard inscription is only profitable at launch but not as much later? My Dragonflight main was my evoker, he now has mining/jewel, but he was mining/herbalism for the most of the expansion. I actually just gave up on my dragonflight professions, because I had planned to have the evoker be the sole duo-gatherer, and supply everybody else - but it turns out I really shot myself in the foot with this, and missed out on a everything, since it really seems they designed the new system and its weeklies to help characters with a gathering and crafting profession both, rather than a pure crafter/gatherer.
Returning player from Cata days. For professions now, are players able to max all the skill trees in professions or will players have to make a choice between specializing or using concentration to craft a variety of high quality items?
I mean you will eventually be able to max all the skill trees, but it will take MONTHS :P You'll be semi-forced to specialize in one of them, and spend your Concentration on whichever item makes sense for you :D
Amazing content thank you! New sub ^.^ What do you think would be a good gathering pair for skinning, do beasts also drop cloth? Or would it be better to be a scribe and also get cards from mobs as well? Herb/Mining wouldn't work because you would be (for the most part) stationary farming in groups.
Do you think that choosing, for example, 2 professions from your "Easy Billionaire" tier will provide a greater profit, or will a better result in terms of gold earned be achieved by choosing a gathering profession as the second profession (of course, at the expense of time spent collecting materials)? For example, will mining + eengineering be better or maybe tailoring + eengineering?
Question is are you only playing one toon or having multiple? IF only one toon then its best to have using your example mining with engineering. Me? I'm lvling multiple toons and I'm gonna have a bit of mix match professions for example: Toon one : Tailoring/Engineering Toon two: Mining/Herbalism Toon three: JC/Alchemist Toon Four: Extra Mining/Herb. I'd always make my MAIN the gathering toon cause I'm always on it the most. But if you'r only lvling one toon then yeat Mining and Engineering is good.
Thanks for a good video! I'm returning to wow and have a question. Do I need to max Dragonflight mining in order to get Khaz Algar mining? My plan is to match mining with JC but I havent played in Dragonflight. Thanks.
@@SolheimGamingI haven’t played since legion and am excited to come back to TWW. I can start new professions now at level 1 and have no downsides when TWW launches??
Enchanting will always be good if you play a lot of mythic+, other dungeons, world quests and/or raids so you can disenchant the soulbound gear you aquire. Either disenchant the drops if theyre not upgrades, or disenchant your old gear when you aquire upgrades. The second profession can be anything from Tailoring for more cloth, to Inscription to loot more Darkmoon Cards, to Alchemy to retain vials from Potion/Flask usage (plus getting Soulbound Potions/flasks from your first daily craft) to even Engineering.
I dont have any professions on any of my retail characters. Getting tailoring on a few characters is not a problem, but what about those knowledge points. I dont have the time to farm 2000 knowledge points before War Within releases ?
Dragonflight Knowledge Points don't benefit The War Within Professions at all so no worries :) Khaz Algar Professions is an entirely new category which requires Khaz Algar Knowledge Points found in The War Within, so if you have 0 knowledge points from Dragonflight and I have 99999 Knowledge Points from Dragonflight, we both start at the same point in TWW which is 0 :)
@@kimaguretv1103 I have heard a few people on beta say they did a 1 hour cloth farm on a tailor and 1 hour on non tailor. With tailoring they got over 100 cloth without they got zero cloth. So sounds like cloth will be farmable like skinning
great video. weird suggestion. start the video with a picture of your tier list. i personally wanted to see the list then go to the sections of the better ones and see why haha.
engineering made me 0 money in dragonflight. yes i didnt start with it, but it was literly the worst job to make gold with. for me. (i started the EXP with 200k gold and now i am at 2 million.) since the only change to it is the potion bombs, i dont see engineering making a lot of gold. maybe profession equipment. in s1 i made more gold with blacksmithing than with jewelcrafting, despite having lariat. most people wanted as first item a weapon and since it was max ilvl they bought this. since this is not the case anymore i would never go weapon smithing first again. people want first their embellishments and that is usually on rings/necklace or armor. so jewelcrafting will be big again i guess. alchemy is also always a safe bet. entchanting for making crests could also make you money. but all other hard to judge. for inscription to make a lot of money you would need the darkmoon cards to be useful. for tailoring i never bought anything other than a bag and always cheap. a couple of hundred gold. curious if you are correct about tailoring. but i guess i am mainly m+ player and not main crafting player. i did all my gold when i posted in trade chat and watched animes in wait for people to write to me.

I can play daily for a maximum of 8 to 10 hours my goal is buy black ops 6 in 2 month is it possible? farm 5 wow token and sell it then buy black ops
1 - I'd recommend splitting your characters up between various realms! The more variety, the better. 2 - Absolutely worth the read! Nothing War Within related in the Dragonflight guide outside of the "evergreen" farms, but still worth the read. 3 - As many alts as you can handle! :P Some are happy with 5 alts, some want 20+, some people have multiple accounts to have hundreds of alts! :p

make sense for me
From what I seen everything that used alloys to make now needs X2 more alloys at least.
