@dinojack9000 Well mine is more similar to the original I guess, Brawl version is friggin' awesome in it's own right (: But it doesn't really capture the mellowness which makes the original fantastic, I tried to capture that. Glad you liked it!

@Catguy19 The first one I made basically when totally new to remixing, using synths, mixing and mastering... so yeah, naturally this is much better (: It's a good sign that I am improving, I guess.
Great remix of one of the most classic VGM songs.
@CellDuber I use Cubase 5, the synths... uhm... I think I only used Nexus and Gladiator. Nexus is sample based so it has nice presets but pretty lame soundscaping abilities. Gladiator is an actual synth with oscillators and shit so... they make a great combo. Drums are Battery 3 but with samples I found somewhere, don't remember where ;P Anyways, glad you liked it (:
thhis is just crazy on an epic scale or epic on a crazy scale, I cant believe that the song wasnt lost in all of the instruments. I really begin to not like alot of the other mixes because they lose the meaning of the song quick, but this remix didnt.

It is good but not great, i think the problem is the background tune (which is good) is slightly too loud meaning the main music is battling to be dominate.
