Please confirm that a person using ancestors property can execute a WILL in favour of his sons by excluding his daughter who died in early 2010
Another issue, confirm a WILL of self acquired property can be clubbed with a WILL of ancestors property
will is not applicable for ancestor property but other legal heirs are accepting will it's applicable

Sorry to say that any laws referred as Hindu laws doesn’t adhere to constitution. Why the laws are not called Indian laws and applied equally to people of India?
Does India a Hindu Rashtra? If not why laws are different based on religion, when there is clear mention of equality without cast, creed, colour or gender granted by constitution? What a messy laws inherited from Brits and formulated based on faith. Let there be UCC and one nation one law for all.
