I've made a very similar (yet much smaller LOL) version using pound cake or Angel food cake, strawberries and blueberries. SO good! That pudding and whipped cream combo is dangerously good!! I could eat the whole bowl of it😂

This dessert looks great. But I would make it a 2 fruit dessert. A layer of strawberries 🍓 n a layer of blueberries 🫐. If I were doing this dessert in the fall or winter, I would use apples 🍎.
