everyone who doubts that Beyonce has stolen the creative work from the visuals of this needs to go and look up international copyright law in relation to creative works/intellectual property. It's not just that there's a woman walking around smashing cars, but the copying includes the slow motion, the flowing dress, the look of glee on the woman's face, the people walking around very obviously seeing but not intervening in the situation. It makes all the same implications with the same visual and emotive tools. The only way Beyonce might get away with it is because she is wearing a different coloured dress, looks different herself, and has different audio to go with it.

I don't know the story behind this but it's great. I also don't know why everyone is taking about Beyonce.. Are the smashed cars planted there, or did the artist attempt to find the owners to pay for the damages after? What was clean up like? Did she get any 'permissions' to film this, or just start walking along the street?
