The acting in Breaking Bad is amazing. This is one of the best tv shows ever made. You go from sympathizing with Walt and hating Jessie, to the other way around. The way characters change is great.
I'm a native english speaker and fully understood the scene, but it's fascinating seeing it broken down the way you did. I didn't even realize that whole dialogue was made up of expressions and idioms. I take understanding this kind of stuff for granted. Now I see how confusing this must be for those trying to learn english. Thank you for sharing!
Wow! Never thought I missed out so much when I saw that scene on my own.. Thank you Rachel for a spectacular video! Sometimes I wonder about how you always manage to come up with new interesting ways to teach us something useful in English. Thanks again! Wish you all the good:)
Good choice, the scene is full of important idioms that I haven't known before. Thanks for your efforts and interesting style in teaching, as usual great content.
