C.S. Lewis is the author of a book titled "Mere Christianity" - I hope this fact is somehow acknowledged in this book.
Wilson has said that Lewis has had more impact on him than any other auther so I don't think it'll go unmentioned.
I’m sure the title itself is at least a partial reference to it given Wilson’s affinity for Lewis.
I don't remember who or where, but I heard Lewis got his title from someone else anyway.
