This video is a bit too positive or may be he is talking in context of a small DGH unit. There is less support on busy tertiary care units specially in big citees like London and Manchester becauae there is no time for constant supervision. SHOs do do some independent work like seeing postnatal babies all alone, going for deliveries alone and initiating resus if required, Regis cant write all prescriptions, SHOs have to do it including complax NICU infusions.
My question is this I have just experienced in peads in Pakistan and I’did my mrcpch and I don’t have any training from here can I Peruse pediatrics with only mrcpch please answer my question because every body saying u must have training from Pakistan
