@@IMGsofNHS yes that’s a glowing inspiration for me as I have had a lot of barriers put by professionals in Pakistan discouraging me that I can’t amount to nothing because of this. However, your work and success gives me hope. My stammer is now covert which is worse than being overt as people don’t realize that my speech is different because of covert stammering
Thank you so much for this video. Can we go through the CV if they ask, "Why are you applying for this job?" or the answer should be more towards why this job is suitable for us like mentioning interest in medicine, the area, etc.
Hello Dr Raja When walking through CV, should we start from the most recent job and go backwards or should we start from our internship and then move forward to the latest one
This will depend on your career pathway. You can say things like, I see myself to have achieved CCT in XYZ speciality and providing medical leadership to a service where my focus would be a continuous quality improvement and creating a safe and effective team working environment. I am interested in teaching and I can see myself having an academic role where I am helping to improve the standards of medical education and research activities. Something along those lines and you can bring other qualities here as well which may be to do with mentioning, leadership, team working, education and research.
Thank you so much dr Adnan ..I really feel comfortable when I listen to your videos..such an easy .smart way of explanation
Dear sir, You have given me the confidence to face interviews but also how to approach CVs for job applications. Thank you and Keep up the good work.

My stammer is not that bad and I didn't let it stop me from progressing in my career.
