Well for me if it wasn't for anime I would never have a lamia, centaur, and an arachne as three of my waifus from Monster Musume thanks to anime 😊 (and I'm SEVERELY arachnophobic but something about what she said to Centorea in episode 8 stuck with me as if I was in her web and how it relates to this modern day and society and similar to Miia-chan and Centorea Shianus,ignored her for her bottom half & felt sorry for what she went through before meeting Kuru.Just how cruel her first owners were and the position she ended up in for while,admittingly I'd be afraid but I'd try to overlook her lower half)

I feel like it depends, some anime take a different turn from the manga. I love both but depending on the series the manga will be better or anime. Example, SEKIREI took a different turn from the manga and now people have no idea when the anime will come back

I just got the first two books of BNHA manga and I had already finished the whole series (S5 I PRAY 4 U) and honestly reading the Manga made me really really mad. They used different terms and honestly Deku had a different personality. Not to mention that some scenes just hurt my eyes. But I enjoyed reading it overall it was just pretty annoying. So personally I like the anime more, color is key and some scenes are just so fricken adorable, something i didnt get out of manga. So thats my opinion!

Also, some mangas are too long for me so I just watch the anime.
I always thought that manga is for people with more time on their hands as each scene requires you know what's going on and in which order you are supposed to read each panel, in this case you could argue that reading manga is more intellectual than watching the anime but at the same time watching the anime really connects you with the characters and pumps you up for epic moments and makes you weep during sad ones for example with assassination classroom, I can remember after seeing nagisa use the stun clap I was trying myself for a while and the end had me bawling my eyes out (btw it is extremely difficult to so much as make me shed a tear) despite having binged the whole thing in 4 days (Each season was divided into 2 parts so I watched one part a day) and it connected with me so much that for a while every Wednesday (the day of the week I finished it) I would listen to the final opening in order to remember the show, now nearly a year later I've started doing it less and less for some reason
Manga seems better in my opinion. There’s illustrations but you can still imagine what you would do and make your own character up in the setting but big you can both. I just like manga better
