VILNIUS PIPE. THE UNIQUE STATE OF ART ?

"Krantinės arch" is a sculpture in Vilnius, on the banks of the Neris River between King Mindaugas and the Green Bridge.
in 2008 at the beginning of "Vilnius - European Capitals of Culture 2009" organized a competition for the creation of works of art in public spaces. It was won by Projects by Urbanavičius, Robert Antinis and Mindaugas Navakas.

Controversies
