- James Harden was held to only 16 points last night as the Rockets fell to 3-and-6 in a blowout loss to the Lakers. Houston has lost 4 of their last 5 and Harden seems to be ramping up the pressure on the team to get him out of there. After the game Harden said the Rockets are 'just not good enough.' He then went on to say quote 'this situation is crazy. It's something that I don't think can be fixed.' Hear what Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe have to say about Harden's statement.

But at the end of the day, Boogie is injury prone & will never be his 28/12 self again & John Wall though playing decent ball now, will find a way to be on the bench injured again.
but there were already rumors or more that harden also wanted out (and he turned down the contract extension), maybe some ppl thought it was an "either him or me" situation with harden and westbrook but that's not even credible, there's no way the rockets would have picked westbrook over harden anyway, so unless they thought those rumors were just straight up lies they should have known harden wasn't planning to stick around.

That's exactly what I think he means by something that can't be fixed. The west is too competitive for them to just keep swapping pieces, they need a refresh/new franchise player.
I agree but look at the moves they made, they traded a lot for Chris Paul which James harden approved. They traded a lot of assets for Russel Westbrook, which again James had explicitly requested. They had Dwight and Capela back in the day, which were traded again to try to accommodate him. They’ve helped him and catered to him countless time and he pulls stuff like this. It’s not like they didn’t try to to build against him, I can’t respect that he’s pouting like this. There’s a difference between trying and failing verses gross Incompetence. They were one three away (0-27 from Making the Finals) a lot of this blame is on Harden too.
