I’m adding two of these outdoors using a POE switch. Will configuration set up be fairly simple? Are instructions included with the EAP 110? Thanks for a great video.
This is actually perfect here for me in NAIC, I just need an access within 30-50 meters so I can use my phone outside since where I'm from is a dead zone for cellular service.

Hi, unfortunately, i don't have a starlink unit, but it should work for there is an adapter available to starlink to have a lan port,

Ask ko po dito may 3 Eap110 ako nakalagay sa ISP Converge .. Ang problem po nag Random ang mga eap110 na bigla bumbitaw sa internet na parang nag restart yung device pero hind naman po ito nag ON/Off ,, ano kaya pasible problem sa set up ko po ?

Hi, for the voucher po usually dun un sa piso wfi machine, this will just serve you as an access point connected sa piso wifi machine.

You haven't shown how to configure this device, you just connected it, and it instantly starting broadcasting the signal from your router. This first step, didn't happen for me, and the EAP110 didn't connect and broadcast my routers signal, so every step after you've made is useless to me

one of the reason kung bakit walang madetect is ung ibang modem router ni pldt is naka block or disable lan port, which is need mo pa po i pa enable sa kanila.. yan usually problem with pldt adding AP or third party routers..
Pede ko po bang gawing wifi extender yan sa converge namin at mag mac filtering if ever na naging wifi extender po sia salamat po sa sagit
as access point mode lang po sya (parang wired extender, flexible ung configuration), pede po mag mac filtering..

you can use as many as you want depending on the area that you like to cover, the cpe710 is a directional device so you can point it at one direction but 90 degrees from the left or right won't have signal.

Wala kasi akong extra lang to test ung max, pero before na test ko na within 40 to 50 meters okay naman, usually 100meters naka indicate sa box pero i would say na mas safe around 80 meters para mas less points of failure..

yes you can use a wifi repeater for this access point.
Hi po. May I ask how to fix the eap110 ourdoot on omada controller software. Every time i try to connect the eap110 on omada software, its always disconnect.
Mas aparece na app o 110? Tenta actualizar o firmware depois tem lá uma opção para procurar manualmente..
Sen não resultar faz registo no site TP-Link e depois volta a instalar a app omada, talvez o aparelho não tenha o IP.
Mas o 110 é uma excelente compra , eu tenho o 110 e o 225 e até acho o 110 melhor.

Today i made a range test....293 mtrs on video call, good image and sound, good signal . I get a wifi signal until 350 mtrs.

if plan po po is in between walls or houses, d po okay tong mga outdoor access point. if pang labas po ng bahay ang pinoproblema nyo at madaming may wifi sa kapitbahay i would suggest eap225 para sa 5ghz and hindi masyadong congested ung channel kasi mas marami..

Hi sir, for eap110, most probably po kung anu ung nakukuha mo na speed sa modem router mo un na ung actual speed na pwede mo makuha from eap110. to actually know kung ano ung max speed na pwede mo ma achieve via wifi, try to connect a laptop or desktop via lan cable sa modem-router mo po, do a speed test kung ano ung lalabas na speed dun and un na ung max speed na pwede mo makuha kahit mag add ka ng 3rd party wifi router or access point po.. :)

Hi sir I just config this EAP 110 and ang set up ko is ang main router ko nasa kabilang bahay. While itong EAP110 connected via lan cable to main router at yung POE adapater is nasa bahay ko nakaplug. The result is no internet working fine naman yung main router kaso di umiilaw yung lan port na nakaplug yung lan cable please help.

Tens os cabos trocados,
também cometi esse erro.
Tira os cabos todos, e coloca cabo Lan ao router principal, e cabo poe ao 110.
A luz do poe vai acender.

Yung POE cable po ba is different sa CAT-5E LAN CABLE?
O cabo é igual mas convém não ser cat -5 , tem que ser cat-6 ou cat-7

@@JKChavez thanks sir. Kumuha nalang ako ng Ruijie Reyee RG-EW1200G PRO and Ruijie Reyee RG-EW1800GX PRO. Sayang kasi speed ng net ng mga AP kung hindi maipapasa yung 1GB connection.
tanong ko lang from tp link omada operator sabi nila POE to router then lan to modem ang connection ng cable pero sa inyo po POE to modem then Lan to router
from modem lan port po, to poe injector then to lan po nung poe injector to eap110 po..

depends on every location sir interference etc..
may mga instance na mas mataas ang upload over download, depende talaga sa environment interference barriers etc.. :)

Hi Keith, pede pong yung area, if crowded ng wifi interference sa mga kapit bahay, mas mahina sya, like in my video in between nung 100 meters around 50 or 60 mahina speed ko, while sa around 80 mas okay yung speed test.. and another mobile device, kung powerful ba ung wifi capability nung mobile device.. and line of sight po, walang naka harang in between..
@@JKChavez siguro nga kasi sa pinaglagyan ko nyan puro dikit ang bahay kaya siguro mahina yung signal ng wifi at grabe ang hina. Try ko ilipat ng pwesto yung EAP. Salamat sir.

get at least cat-6 lan cable, and if your plan is using it outside the house, mas better kung kaya ng budget shielded lan cable..

Hi, marami pong pwedeng factor, like ung lan cable po ba is cat5e and up, then dun sa area mo po na nilagay si eap110 is maraming wifi network in 2.4ghz wifi frequency (which is nakaka affect ng speed pag crowded), and gaano ka po kalayo sa eap110 during test..

Não faz sentido ,ter a antena e não configurar pelo aplicativo, eu até acho que nem deve funcionar, a antena vai ficar só a decorar o telhado, não faz sentido a pergunta,

How to make a whitelist connection to avoid scan the wifi
Under the wireless menu, you will be able to see there mac filtering then you can create groups and add mac address that you want to deny or allow access..

sir Duartemleal is correct (one horizontal and one vertical). but your usage might still vary, mas maganda trial and error, kung saan yung target area mo.. for me if the AP is not that high, usually vertical or nakatayo lang ung poistion..

Yes eap110 only has single band 2.4ghz, while eap225 has dual band 2.4ghz and 5ghz..

Eu comprei um 110 á um mês atrás e tem a opção repetidor, talvez por ter uma versão mais recente, mas não faz sentido usar como repetidor.
Just mounted another eap 110 , works fine with good internet speed.
yes totally agree this is a good budget access point as long as there is less interference with neighbors 2.4ghz wifi.. :)
@@JKChavez I my house I have the 225 because I have 5ghz and fibre...this 110 is to install in a country house , I only have 2.4 GHz no neighbours , no interference , I don't care about internet speed but good coverage.
It's to use for wifi calls because I have bad cellphone network.
Also is a better value for money because is more cheap the 225.
I took your advice in the comparing the 225 and the 110.
Just change the antena on this one too, for a 9dbi ,it's a great upgrade.

Note: Sa mga balak bumili nito in the: For my experience hindi sya for indoor use more on sa provinces lang ito applicable dahil malawak ang outdoor environment. Kaya sa magbabalak bumili nito in crowded area like residential talaga or skwaters. This a no no product.
So what is the option? Buy a outdoor cat 6 lan cable and archer c64! If you have a computer or laptop that always connected in your modem (pldt/converge/globe) then you need switch port, if nothing is connected in your modem no need to buy a switch port. Switch port is useful in the feature if you want to connect your laptop or computer direct to your modem via lan.
definitely not ideal for indoor, since hirap talaga sya for indoor, i would agree the ac64 would be a better option for indoor, and if may extra budget and available pa si c7 that is the best option.. :)
what router would you suggest po kaya? Mag papaconnect po kasi ako ng kapitbahay, apartment and 5 to 6 families, per family is minimum of 3 persons. Yung apartment po is sobrang lapit lang talaga sa mismong labas ng bahay. Iskinita po kumbaga, what router po kaya ang meron na. (Speed limit per SSIDs (1 SSID for 1 family sana) and multiple SSID din po.
May mesh feature po ba ito?
