Please help with advice. The Note 9 Pro phone has been used in low-temperature mode for an extended period. After some time, the camera started malfunctioning (black screen and freezing). Initially, I suspected software issues, but a complete factory reset did not solve the problem. Through the engineering menu, the camera works, but only two out of three modules (Aux4 and Aux5) are functional. Another point to note is that the camera starts working after exposing the phone to cold conditions (such as the freezer compartment of a refrigerator), but only for a short while (minutes). It seems like there might be a microcrack and expansion issue. The front camera works at any temperature. Have you ever encountered such a situation, and would replacing the camera module help? Could you provide the part number for this module so I can try to find it? Also, could you recommend any stores for spare parts (I am in Poland)?

This is modern snapdragon processor don't need the liquid cooling because it's not heat so much and has a better optimization and heat controlling. While mtk and old snapdragon processor not better at heat controlling and heat so much so the liquid cooling is must have. Realme 6 is using the same mtk processor on redmi note 8 pro. But realme 6 heat so much because it don't have a liquid cooling.
Bro, I'm using this phone and play heavy games like COD, Honkai Impact, PES 2020 and more with all the games at higher or max settings. Play for hours and just get warm at least 35 - 37°C.
