There's actually another spot in Finland. If you can go to G8 on that map, there's just a small small hole in which you can hull down with your tank and you can cover pretty much all of C and even see into the enemy's right spawn AND you can even shoot at that one camping spot on top of the hill at their spawn.
There is. Just pick the bottom right spawn and drive to the shore of the sea. With the right angle you can see the approach to the bridge from the enemy spawn. I must have gotten one of the fastest WT-kills ever like 15 seconds into the game. On one instance i even shot at an enemy who still had the spawnprotection on, thats how fast you can actually shoot at them. There is no cover for you though. So pick something with a good reverse gear.
To be honest I don't see any problem with these spots. Even if you manage get a kill or two, you will get revenged bombed faster then you can say 'e-sports ready!'
See some spots are fine. So long as they dont give you an advantage over ennemy spawns. Like in ash river for exemple. And that is not ok no matter what excuse you come up with. Because spawnkilling should be intensly cracked down upon. But that'd ruin the mommy kids' fun and we all know gaijin live them mommy's kids. Mostly those with rich mommys and daddys. It is a matter of fact they even took away spawn protections such as self destruct for driving into spawn.
well the problem is that you kill them right at their spawn so they might not even have points for planes, besides some vehicles can defend themself from air especially when you can hide yourself from tanks and focus on planes, besides it can take time to find and bomb you, so even if you will ignore air you can get ton of free kills that require one skill and that is good rangefinding, you won't even need knowledge of weakspots sine 1. a lot of tanks are made out of paper 2. a lot of tanks have penetration enough to penetrate tanks from kms even at lower br (imagine driving there with archer)
I found some of these spot by accident. What i find funny using them is not about getting kills, but after my first pew, getting a whole division of enemies nuking my position instantly, ignoring any other objective on the map. You become the main objective of an entire team xD. Im a drama bitch and i like the attention ok?
I love the opposing statements.... "Its a very common spot, but a lot of players don't know about it". "There is no way to counter this spot" .... (next clip)... "This is how you counter it".😂 Many of these "exploits" are time consuming to get to and leaves the player vulnerable, so there are drawbacks.
I actually ran out of audio clips i could use. So i had to just voice over like 15mins of the video in one shot which lead me to foot in mouth a few times.
Military Heritage those spots are usually hard to get to and it takes too much time to get back to the battlefield if needed to decap a point for exemple if your team is losing because of the points
Most of these spots are not that OP since you will most likely be shot trying to get up them. Most of them doesn't have cover for you from incoming fire. They can still be good against a blind enemy team. A few of them are excellent and actual OP spots.
You can stream roll 10 kills before you get killed by cas most players don’t have enough spawn points and or leave the game after their first death and although they may seem open there is often shallow ridges you can sink into peak fire kill disappear again
The problem at high tier is that anyone reasonably scanning the environment with Thermals would spot you immediately from such positions with little cover. Most of these spots only provide the element of surprise
War Thunder heavily nerfed tank track mechanics in the game compared to real life instead of making out of boundary places.. impassable irl a tank can climb a 60 degree incline. Instead of doing what normal developers do, everybody gets to suffer.
Certainly a fair few spots are broken and very hard to counter, but CAS is a great equalizer, and that is before one brings up how you have to remove yourself from the battle for a few minutes to be able to reach some of those spots. You remove yourself from immediately helping your team in order to camp better later, and it is very easy to get stuck trying to get to some of the better spots. Interesting yes, and some are definitely better than others.
Some of these I'm actually fine with. They're cheeky but they're not that bad and that's not to mention how vulnerable you actually are if the enemy knows where you're at. Like they are only effective because it's not where people will expect to see you. You will have the jump on them
22:24 Thats basically regular encounter position you were going to back when tanks came out. It was pretty normal to encounter 2-3 enemy tanks coming at you from enemy spawn doing same ultra flanking as you
If you have a fast wheeled vehicle you can get onto the same hill in Kuban by spawning at the top right hand spawn, go towards B for a running start, turn around and ram straight up between a gap in the rocks on the hill edge. If you get it first try you'll be able to snipe players before they even get near C or B
9:22 i utilized that spot once with my Sturer Emil but i purposely didn’t shoot into their spawn. I still have to admit that this spot is ridiculously strong for any kind if long range sniper. More gun depression makes this even stronger because you are covered better.
They should keep some of these spots, map knowledge should be rewarded, granted the spot is not complete abuse with insane capability to conceal yourself and overlook the whole map.
Imagine being in a C1 Ariete in those spots. You can do sooooo much damage with the most destructive APFSDS round in the game. You'd probably get like a 15 kill game, it's insane
(You’re gonna need a friend) On Ash River, if you spawn on the left side, you can have you or your friend take an asu-57 and move over to the tank traps where the bridge starts, at the very last tank trap you put the asu in between the rock and you continuously hit the asu until it turns sideways and is able to drive out into the bridge.
no one should get in trouble for using these spots, only the devs should get little to no punishment since players are only going to make the most of what they got even if that means exploiting parts of poor map design
The Jungle one in the bottom "H line" part of the map is not "broken", it's one of the most common spots on that map, and as such EVERYONE looks there and a LOT of people try to go there. The amount of times I've died from people dueling for that spot is insane.
Remember when you have angle on a lot areas those areas also have angle on you meaning you have to watch out since you can be shot from a lot of places
I took a PT76 on an ocean mission on jungle. Came across two M18's in a squad sneaking to B. Ended up getting a double kill on them from the water. APFSDS went through both of them.
This video and the followup led directly to the retarded sliding that we all experience now. Ive literally slid UP a hill i was supposed to slide down on because even this player wide "fix" wasnt implemented correctly(Karelia)... Gaijin opted to impact ALL players via the traction mechanics rather then fixing the maps themselves, which would have been far less intrusive and just...less dumb in general.
The first Ash River spot, a freaking Breda 501 got my Cromwell on B point AND shot through my spawn to kill me AGAIN in my British AA. I had a bad feeling in my SPAA and that feeling was right.
I really disagree with removing spots like these. Whining about this already gave us slippery tanks that cant climb anything. Not every map needs to be a perfectly symmetrical three-corridor arena. Cheeky spots are a thing in real life and should be in-game too. Most of these are difficult to access and aren't too hard to counter, it adds more variety to gameplay Tank traps are a lazy and unninspired "fix", we need less tank traps, not more.
God I miss these days when tanks actually has traction (gee its almost like the have tracks or somthing). But gaijin being the lazy and arrogant bastards they are refused to accept thier maps were poorly designed or flawed, so they made everyone else suffer by keeping those spots but covering them in olive oil and our tracks made of foam.
Sometimes firing the gun backwards can help you get into spots you might not normally be able to... often very useful for getting over some of those "icy" rocks. Can also help get to a higher cruising speed in some tanks and then with that extra speed ramp your way into more odd and unexpected areas. Gotten into some pretty OP spots with my M18... back when I still played.
I know a lot of these spots (and some more which are not mentioned here), but I don't see any problem with them. First, most of them you cannot reach without being seen by the enemy. Second: if the enemy can see you, you can see the enemy as well (or if not, you will have enough points meanwhile to get back in a plane to remove this player). The biggest advantage of these spots are: no one expects you there. Until you get shot. I've been playing War Thunder for almost five years now and I can count it on one hand how often I saw player in those places. There were worse spots, Cologne or Port Novo for example, where you could get outside the map. They have been fixed, and this is good. But these spots here are ok. If someone in the enemy team tries to reach them means, he do not participate the gameplay for, let's say, up to five minutes. In this time your team will have captured several points- and you cannot recap them in your hiding hole. I would leave them as they are.
My issue with the title 'broken spots' is it implies that these spots are very hidden and difficult to counter... But theyre not. Some of these spots have been in play since 2014 and were discovered in CBT with a panzer iii... Theyre not broken. So many of these spots are extremely risky to get into or take a very long time to get into, and pre-MBT levels (8.0 and lower) not very many of the commonly used vehicles can reach those spots. A lot of these also arent hidden, theres no bushes of foliage up there and you stick out like a sore thumb, as soon as you fire one shot half the team knows exactly where you're at. A good view with some cover isnt broken, especially when you consider this game was built around very sluggish and clunky mechanics to emulate realism back in the day. It wasnt until the M18 many of these spots were revealed or used en masse because so few vehicles could actually reach them/reach them without being spotted. Of course, when you are playing a 1200 horsepower multi-billion dollar MBT with excellent torque and weight dispersion and traction values on a map with terrain meshes designed for what was essentially a completely different game in 2014-2015 when everyone had T-34-76 and Pz. III/IV with faux values to emulate realism and long range shooting has been dumbed down to the point a complete braindead idiot can grasp APFSDS sniping within 100 battles... They might seem broken. But so many of these spot have been in use in low to mid tier since USA tree was a pipe dream, and so many players know about them, they just dont use them. And when they do, its high risk high reward. You might get nailed before you're halfway there, or you might get there and get 11 kills and save the game. If its not Sands of Sinai Sniper's Rock levels of broken, i dont want to see someone calling it broken. THAT spot had no counter and no way to know if someone was there until a 130mm APHE from the Su-100Y who was practically immortal in that hole tore off your face.
You missed one. In the conquest and battle versions of port novorisky you can climb up one of the dirt piles and exit the city, and climb up onto the hill and overlook the whole city and spawn. There are even invisible barriers up there near one of the houses that you can’t drive through or shoot through
Players that play like this ruin the game. All he is concerned about is…. From this spot you can hit their spawns…. Takes no skill what do ever to actually play the game.
I can confirm that gaijin just patched the sideclimbing glitchy terrain. So many of these spots may not be accesable anymore. I knew that they would patch this sooner or later after your video
Can confirm, I tried some of these, especially the side climbing on Kuban, and it isn't working like in the video. Some side climbing works, others don't. The only way I was able to get up that hill in Kuban was with the ASU57, where I found a gap in the tank traps *just* wide enough for that tank and a hill not too steep to climb.
Yea, me too. If you know where the tanktrapps star on the other side of the hill, you have to go a little bit to the right with some speed and land basicly right behind the tanktrapps. Real fun with light tanks.
Speaking of “Broken Spots”, did you know that the soviets ALWAYS spawn on the east side of the normandy beach map? (They also get static spawns on other maps too) They get a closer airfield, they get 4 carriers, AND the best sniper spot on the map 😒 Russian Bias. Seriously.
Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like the main nations will always spawn on the same sides of the map. This also means that certain nations are always on the same team (or the inverse of that, so certain nations spawn on the same team as big nations, and so get on certain side of the map). The latter statement is kind of okay (though it would be nice for teams to be a bit more random, to create more interesting match ups), but the fact that certain nations are just forced to be on one side or the other is ridiculous. As someone who plays almost exclusively Germany (don't play the game a lot, and they're what I have the most in), it's asinine that I will never spend much time in half the map, as well as always having the same map biases. Additionally, because I don't play multiple nations, I'll never know specifically what those biases are. This is yet another part of War Thunder that needs a major overhaul, but no change will ever come, because Gaijin isn't here to make a good game, they're here to make money.
They have removed some of the obvious bias map tweaks towards the Russians but some still exist. One map had the Germans always driving into the sun no matter what, and I think another had dust blowing towards them.
Fiasco3 Dude, I remember something similar on another map... I forgot which one it was, but the sun was setting in the northwest, which was hilarious xD
Wouldn't call those Berlin, Normandy or Frozen Pass spots "broken". Powerful, but not broken, just smart spots that people SHOULD be using. Same goes for those Jungles positions at 24:00 - 25:00 or the Japan spot at 26:00 - nothing wrong with them at all. They don't require abusing the physics engine, or slipping over tank traps that are designed to stop you, and just missed a spot... Just because they're high up doesn't make them broken. I'd have left them out and included one incredibly broken location on El Alamein! Otherwise, besides those, the rest are utterly broken, so good on you for pointing this shit out lad! A good look at the physics model would fix a lot of these
Gotta say, I do appreciate locations on maps with a high vantage point, I think it makes for great gameplay, especially for hull down, defensive focused vehicles, and it's historical that vehicles would be utilizing terrain to get a height advantage... But they gotta be locations that can be countered, and don't require abusing the physics engine to get into! I think Gaijin needs to fix these locations, and instead incorporate some actual legitimate high vantage points into the maps in game. One of the biggest problems I've had with war Thunder maps these past few years is that they're almost all completely flat, which makes for boring gameplay and fucks over defensive type tanks. World of Tanks does their map design far better in this regard, with the "Malinovka", "Prokhorovka", "Serene Coast", "Westfield", El Halluf" and Himmelsdorf maps all having good terrain elevation without any broken overpowered locations. War Thunder's map design team could learn a lot from them!
Thanks for the comment, what it really ends up boiling down to is what you consider broken. Now personally i feel that any spot where you can cross map an enemy player within 10 seconds of spawning in the match for example frozen pass or the first spot on ash river should maybe not be removed but a map rework to prevent spawn to spawn sniping would be great. I would also argue that some of these maps at the time they were implemented used these very steep slopes as a map boarder that is now no longer effective an example would be jungle in the really high up spots. If i had to do the video over again i would leave out normandy and Berlin on the fence about frozen pass. Also part two is on the way El Alamein is in there.
Or maybe the better answer to jungle is it was difficult to do with low br tanks and it held no strategic value but now with hefs and apdsfs and thermals the effectiveness of a spot like this has grown a lot.
Broken? What? These are tactical battle positions and are sought out by any military commander. On the battlefield you make use of every advantage you can. But remember ingame you are at war with War Thunders economy not the other player.
@@kurtpena5462 thats right , maps are destroyed with grease all over also, game is just boring and frustating to play now. i guess thats why we see 30000 lees players vs last tear...YAY !
@@UnePintade, for one thing thermals worked in exposing... The idiots who think they're safe rushing an abuse sniper nest spot only to get yeeted out of game by thermal sights
27:27 In Kuban, there is an elevated "Island" on K9 and you're able to get on it when driving a skinny tank (BT-5, BT-7). You need to go to the north-east area of the island and climb up the rocks. It might look steep, but in a BT, it's surprisingly grippy. This will only work if you're driving from the C to B direction. There's a gap in between the rocks which can fit a small tank. It gives you complete overwatch of C, their K3 spawn, and people headed to B. When you see it, it's going to be an easy way to rack up kills.
Most of these are not broken. It takes a while to even get to them and once you do, you are extremely exposed. You would have to bank on an enemy team that is virtually blind for those to work.
Good thing about jungle sniper hills on the right is, that both teams got access to it which makes the spot easy to counter, I would say that it is unofficial but one of the most important battlefields in the jungle map. I personaly tend to go to these spots only to catch people camping there off guard and flank caps/more conventional camping spots, simple extension of the crappy jungle map to the right (that is pretty small, lets be honest) would partly solve the problem instead of removing it. As for the spots in the video, I can imagine how dangerous this might be at lower brs where there are no thermals (lot of the spots seem to be very easy to notice with thermals) and speedy boi vehicles.
Some of the positions and access points are very tank size sensitive. I often play the M22, small, fast, quick, and a very high hp/t ratio--among the highest of all tiers. DID NOT say it's the highest, but I've yet to find an equal at or near its BR. At least three of my places/points you couldn't access because of your size and the reverse is true for one is or very difficult for me because my small size often gets me trapped amongst boulders you can straddle. Also can't consistently find the the sweet spot and execute the appropriate maneuver. A recent patch precludes your size in one, but two alternate points still allow me passage. To access sniping points in the same area, size and hp/t are THE critical differences where similar sized vehicles can't transit. You've explained how folks got to three place which I couldn't deduce. However, a fair number of your perches IMO leave you significantly exposed and vulnerable to counter sniping which is all I basically do. I scrutinize for spots that allow me to sit an entire game because counter sniping is extremely difficult. I mostly get killed by aircraft or remaining excessively exposed after a string of... maybe ten shots without ducking back into cover. It becomes much more challenging to remain alive in an M22 when playing at 5.6 BR because the folks there are generally much better shooters at all ranges--must peek very carefully and BRIEFLY. Yes, I sometimes shoot a string of 10 shots because I get lost in the moment to kill a target 'now.' I regularly use four access points to perches at which I've never seen anyone else or of which I've heard people talk. They're stunningly advantageous enough that other very experienced players sometimes get so frustrated and angry at their lack of an effective battlefield counter to the point that all that's left to them is to say how I'm not a good, player, I'm cheating, etc. Your vid of others, even in squads operating outside boundaries show I'm far from alone in my efforts. Gaijin's aware of what's going on and could stop them if it wanted. Till then, happy hunting and I've yet to see anyone's whining and insults change their battlefield results. Immediately before this sentence, discovered I can access both sides of a rail bridge--surprised, unhappy, and dead enemy en masse.
Ah yes, realism of War Thunder where Germany and USSR fight together against US-UK in 1942 Stalingrad in their 90' vehicles without any infantry support. You know, some people want a balanced fun game :)
"War Thunder is realistic " now that a good joke , inaccurate armor value , stat , modifications and pen for atleast 2/3 of the tank in game . So atleast use your brain next time gaijin shill
Ash river in 2022 is still a huge mess with multiple buggy and unfair spots, you are still able to get up the large bridge multiple ways in around 2 - 3 minutes after spawning
these spots are very nice but after you do like 2 or 3 kills eventually someone with an aircraft is gonna get angry and you might wanna learn to shoot down planes in the Kpz because otherwise..... :D
I have to disagree with the "unfair advantage" assertion. As in real world experience, war is NOT fair (nor is life for that matter). You find any advantage you can and if someone has the skill to avoid getting tagged while exploring these areas, good on them.
@@voxpopulus War Thunder is anything but realistic lmfao. Also fairness > realism on every other video game any day. Youre just excusing shitty gameplay.
In finland there is another broken spot from another spawn. When you spawn there, turn right and you will see a small mountain in front of you. Turn right again and go around it, and there will be a small road where people are climbing at it.
People say WT has no Easter eggs. These are Easter eggs in my opinion and I love the spots I knew but a few I didn’t know abou Edit: I just remembered that there was a spot on Vietnam from the bottom spawn but they unfortunately patched it when it was discovered a while ago
There are actually 2 more spots on carpathians, one where you go up the hill at H6 from the south spawn, and one where you go up the E7 hill from the north-east corner of the grid square. both entry ways are speed and require zig-zagging but they are directly accessible from spawn and cover you while you climb up. On Ash River, there is another hill-side you can get up to at around J8, in addition to a fully unmentioned spot at around J9-J10 that is an extend of the ridgeline shown at 6:30, but then ment for the west spawn to camp into the east spawn. On finland, there is a hill at G4 that has excellent view into B similar to the A4 sniping spot, but then for the other team. And then of course there is the 20+ broken spots on el alamein, sinai and sands of sinai that were not mentioned
Karelia has a lot of foliage and a very trolly landscape, anything that is difficult to see from over 800m is branded as 'broken' on that map and has been since CBT. Its such a competitive map and thats why people hate it, its not a tried and true basic ass formula like Counter Strike's Dust II that punishes creativity and rewards meta, so its bad. I love the old maps because so much of the creative freedom is still there, and all it takes is one well placed shot from a half decent player to end your reign of terror.

well the problem is that you kill them right at their spawn so they might not even have points for planes, besides some vehicles can defend themself from air especially when you can hide yourself from tanks and focus on planes, besides it can take time to find and bomb you, so even if you will ignore air you can get ton of free kills that require one skill and that is good rangefinding, you won't even need knowledge of weakspots sine 1. a lot of tanks are made out of paper 2. a lot of tanks have penetration enough to penetrate tanks from kms even at lower br (imagine driving there with archer)

@@Zakkattack54 very entertaining videos, thank you.
Yes, and they also basically prevent you from playing the objectives if your team is losing.
@@cedjoe6 how so, for clarity?
Military Heritage those spots are usually hard to get to and it takes too much time to get back to the battlefield if needed to decap a point for exemple if your team is losing because of the points
Most of these spots are not that OP since you will most likely be shot trying to get up them. Most of them doesn't have cover for you from incoming fire. They can still be good against a blind enemy team. A few of them are excellent and actual OP spots.
Thats my opinion too.
He forgot its called revenge thunder. Players you kill will do everything to hunt you down, either in a tank or plane
@@dharmdevil well of course. Most of those spots are open enough to get you killed from the enemy spawn. That's not taking into account helis
@Ο αστρικός try to have something constructive to say rather than attacking someone else's profile picture.
Is this why Gaijin covered all hills with olive oil?
*EVERYBODY GANGSTA TILL GAIJIN RELEASES THE D POINT*
War Thunder heavily nerfed tank track mechanics in the game compared to real life instead of making out of boundary places.. impassable
irl a tank can climb a 60 degree incline. Instead of doing what normal developers do, everybody gets to suffer.
well thanks....didnt know about some of these spots.....but now everybody that watched this vid will now know.....
Honestly its really fun trying to find ways to enter maps where you're not supposed to.
I think i found the inspiration for the butter tracks update
Some of these I'm actually fine with. They're cheeky but they're not that bad and that's not to mention how vulnerable you actually are if the enemy knows where you're at. Like they are only effective because it's not where people will expect to see you. You will have the jump on them
22:24 Thats basically regular encounter position you were going to back when tanks came out. It was pretty normal to encounter 2-3 enemy tanks coming at you from enemy spawn doing same ultra flanking as you
Because most people know that spot and it is faily easy exesible from both sides I would say it is balanced again.
I play USSR so I can’t look anywhere in the general ‘down’ direction it’s awful.
if the player knows how to get there with their own knowledge I fail to see how this is an issue, it just puts more focus on actually knowing the map
They should keep some of these spots, map knowledge should be rewarded, granted the spot is not complete abuse with insane capability to conceal yourself and overlook the whole map.
Nah map knowledge doesnt mean abuse the hell out of obvious exploits

Guy. Seriously. these spots are really fun, why do people have to take away the fun shit of the game.
Awesome video! Interesting and original. Just hopes Gaijin doesnt remove these spots
no one should get in trouble for using these spots, only the devs should get little to no punishment since players are only going to make the most of what they got even if that means exploiting parts of poor map design
In jungle if you have an amphybious vehicle like the BMP1 you can go to the tiny island crossing the ocean , im the only guy who does that
ive done it twice and from my experience its not too lucrative with the bmp-1
youre real vulnerable in the water and lack of gun depression makes shooting a bit hard and also planes can easily ruin your day
You are blyatiful
I took a PT76 on an ocean mission on jungle. Came across two M18's in a squad sneaking to B. Ended up getting a double kill on them from the water. APFSDS went through both of them.
Every time you shot your 20mm at the spots I kept saying “what the hell are you doing? Your gonna give yourself away!”
I'd quit WT if I were you.
@@kurtpena5462 Aye, its pretty egregious. Plenty of people quitting now though, with the whole econ blow up.
Most of these are difficult to access and aren't too hard to counter, it adds more variety to gameplay
Tank traps are a lazy and unninspired "fix", we need less tank traps, not more.
I'd agree, for anything that doesnt give you view into opposing spawns. Either remove the spot or block the view into spawn.
Slope: *exists*
Zakk: sideclimb
God I miss these days when tanks actually has traction (gee its almost like the have tracks or somthing). But gaijin being the lazy and arrogant bastards they are refused to accept thier maps were poorly designed or flawed, so they made everyone else suffer by keeping those spots but covering them in olive oil and our tracks made of foam.
Yea...
Please make a map guide with spots that are good but aren't broken. It'd be a great help
I’ll look into it
Nice now no one going to cap anymore
Spider tonks were fixed recently:(
Pretty good video man! I personally dont play ground all that much, but im gonna be sure to share this video, so that others can get this information.
Thanks fam i appreciate it
Please do, expose these cheating camper positions so Gaijan might fix them.
Can you do an updated list since many (but not all) of the map exploits have been removed?
imagine getting banned for playing a map
There are even invisible barriers up there near one of the houses that you can’t drive through or shoot through
this sucks that they patched some of ash rivers stuff
Alternate title: How to turn your tank into an OP helicopter
aww man it was nice when not everyone knew about these :( and it was fun to do just a bit of change to your typical spots :/
23:08 there is another way to get to that spot from that side, i've never done it that way
Same
Yea, me too. If you know where the tanktrapps star on the other side of the hill, you have to go a little bit to the right with some speed and land basicly right behind the tanktrapps. Real fun with light tanks.
Gaijin patched some of these today, you can no longer climb steep hills sideways like in the Ash river map
Speaking of “Broken Spots”, did you know that the soviets ALWAYS spawn on the east side of the normandy beach map?
(They also get static spawns on other maps too)
They get a closer airfield, they get 4 carriers, AND the best sniper spot on the map 😒
Russian Bias.
@@erictheepic5019 On Tank RB that is true, as maps have some historical bias when setting up teams. On Tank AB it doesn't care too much.
I think the Russians get the easy side on Carpathians as well.
All fun and games until the first person you kill jumps in a rage plane and bombs your tank
Now that i think about it, I blame Zakkattack54 for fucking up the game for thousands and thousands of players.
Broken? What? These are tactical battle positions and are sought out by any military commander. On the battlefield you make use of every advantage you can. But remember ingame you are at war with War Thunders economy not the other player.
Yes broken. It's abusing the game.

Most of these are useless since everyone knows about them. You get sniped instantly at top tier when you try to use them.
It's mostly due to thermals and being rather exposed to reach some of them
@@UnePintade, for one thing thermals worked in exposing...
I feel like these have all been removed by now right?
Thanks for the tip, I'll keep an eye out for the enemy using those locations
So this is why my tank can't climb hills
I always wondered if you could go on that red bridge in ash river
They've patched them
Now do broken spots... but they can only be done with the l3/33 tankette.
As for the spots in the video, I can imagine how dangerous this might be at lower brs where there are no thermals (lot of the spots seem to be very easy to notice with thermals) and speedy boi vehicles.
why do these spots need to be fixed? its part of strategy
It isn’t a part of strategy, you’re just getting into a place you’re not supposed to be in and getting kills you don’t deserve
who else have realized that most of the broken places was fixed in the recent update... some side climb hills becomes lot slippers than before
"I hope these spots can get fixed"
Hahahahhaa no
Some of the positions and access points are very tank size sensitive. Immediately before this sentence, discovered I can access both sides of a
rail bridge--surprised, unhappy, and dead enemy en masse.

People say WT has no Easter eggs. These are Easter eggs in my opinion and I love the spots I knew but a few I didn’t know abou
Edit: I just remembered that there was a spot on Vietnam from the bottom spawn but they unfortunately patched it when it was discovered a while ago
Bro, these spots are in reference to General Kenobi’s Easter Eggs, his High Grounds
There's also spots you can get to using assistance of a teammate not included here. Depends on what vehicle you bring and your friend brings though.
Good, now I'll know the spots to focus on so I can give my teammates a fighting chance against spawn-camping jerks.
Instructions unclear accidentally made War Thunder 2.0
"Now for Karelia there are gonna be a lot of spots", man, I was already shocked with Ash River hahaha
