I like how when RVD does the frog splash he sells it like he hurt his stomach like in real life.

Edge had such a COOL moveset in this game. Remember it so vividly. They gave him 3 finishers, hurricanranas, monkey flips, suplexes(belly to belly one), jumping wheel kick, moonsault dropkick etc.
Man this is one of the best games I've played in GBA, I also like the collecting stuff they put into this game

This is so different then the survivor series roster two years later
The only issue I had with this and Survivor Series 2004 is that you can't tell whether or not the opponent will submit to the submission maneuver applied as it happens randomly

I loved this game, because I was loving this time in WWE (2002), and because this reminded me of games like Royal Rumble for Genesis/SNES. I was in bliss. Until I finished the game and there wasn't much else to do.

I once thought that Edge only got Edgecution and Edge-O-Matic as his finisher up until one day a CPU Edge hit me with the running finisher, I was like WTF lol.

It has been likened to the approach to how Fire Pro Wrestling based the actions on timed button pressing and strategy.[2] The combination of a button push and a direction choice when the two wrestlers lock up would result in different wrestling moves and also allowed for moves to be reversed if the timing was right. In addition character could climb ropes, perform running moves and pick up weapons.[2] The gameplay was seen as an improvement over the "button mashing" approach of its predecessor WWF Road to WrestleMania.[2]
Reviewers did point out that the game lacked a "Create-a-Wrestler" feature, most likely due to the limited memory of the Game Boy Advance.[2] While the gameplay itself was improved, several reviewers noted that the Artificial Intelligence that controlled the computer opponents was easy and predictable. The AI also had problems during multi-man matches, on occasion attacking their own partner during a game.
This is like a handheld shut your mouth..im willing to spend about $180 on Amazon for the GB Advance and this game.

The mistake is the game being the easiest when changed to hard difficulty.
lol true. Still relatively easy than the other difficulty settings except that the CPU counters alot of our moves
