I'm using some Hoovo 4200mAh 120C batteries that fit pretty well without modifying anything. I stripped out my 2 motor mount screws holding the motor to the inner mount plus I stripped the set screw on the pinion so I ordered up a new motor and inner mount to try out the high speed gearing. I love this little truck! Stock gearing is plenty fast for me at the moment. I don't 'bash' like a lot of the videos you see on YT launching their RCs full speed off skate ramps. I don't want to break my $200 toy...

I'm keeping the truck as a race speed truck at the moment, gonna push it to see how fast truck will run 🏃♀️,speed runs, road bashing etc,etc
