Please make adjustments to the scientific victory. It is by far the hardest victory type to go for. In a multiplayer game it is almost impossible to go for a scientific victory when others can easily go for a different type of victory, economy or quest for example. IMO Sciense victory definitely needs a buff.
Yep. The Vaulters are descendants of the crash survivors in Dungeon of the Endless. The vault they take their name from is presumably the dungeon of the endless itself.

You know you're a badass when you're basically infantry but the game classifies you as cavalry...
I want that badass dual wield Dawn Officer and Marine with melee weaponry.
