You will have to take the airbag out of the steering wheel. Remember to disconnect the battery before doing anything. Also you will need to make your own parts. You can get a plastic or rubber washer to eliminate the contact between the bolt’s head and the metal bracket. Also the main part is the washer for the springs. Use a drill and then the Dremel to finish the hole for the bolt to move. The part I did it with the closet plastic part That I bought at Home Depot
