  • Black trims are typically made of plastic or rubber, which can be prone to fading, oxidation, and damage from UV rays, harsh weather conditions, and road debris. Restoring them not only brings back their colour but also helps protect the underlying material from further deterioration, increasing their lifespan.
Using Cherry Glaze before applying Abyss helps to clean all the stubborn worn in dirt so that you're extending the protection life of Abyss and giving it the best chance at protecting your trims...

Great tips & processes Kevin - i recently used Cherry Glaze for the first time (cideo coming soon lol) and was very impressed with it, especially the lack of plastic/rubber staining due it being water based 👌🏼👍🏼

Could you use pink sheen or super sheen after the cherry glaze instead of abyss or is it recommended to use those on their own?

We would not recommend Cherry Glaze as this is a polish it is slightly abrasive and will eat into your ceramic, you can apply Abyss however, it won't be bonding to the actual paint work but it will still add some sealant to it

@@AutobriteDirectLTD Morning yes it was the Abyss I was referring to but think I will just carry on using Project 64 or ceramic polish over the Ceramic Shield 😎👍
