Now I'm looking to see what has been affected. Lol, first thing my greedy ass do is look to Microwave. Oh boy see little lock symbol. I'm like oh chute, no other buttons would work. So I'm thinking now ok I'm heading to UA-cam. I was like betting my somebody posted a vlog. I, too did not have an “X” in the lower left hand corner but the maintenance man where I live found a solution on UA-cam. The lock gets set if you hold down the clock setting button too long. Then the only way you can turn it off is to hold down the “SET CLOCK” button for 3 seconds. Voila!
