Another fantastic FD in Vero Beach !! ĶICKIN myself that I didn't stop by to visit ... my 7300 will probably be on the market as I get ready to move in a few months. 73's. Bruce
Nice setup down there. We also got out the Comms Trailer for LCARA Field Day. My first time setting up. Thanks Eric for the inspiration both for me personally, my brother KY4CKP and our club here in KY. Thanks! KY4BDP
Cool! Fun video Eric. This club sure has some great (expensive) equipment. Duane rocks on CW! Hats off to Jan for getting everything up and running. Why was John's trailer kept at a frigid 44 degrees??? B-r-r-r-r!!! And remember... "DON'T be a scopehead"!
Watching field day videos, makes me want to participate. However, I have to get my Technician license next month which I WILL DO. I've already taken 2 practice tests and scored 100% on both. I love watching field days 'cause that's what I want to do after I get my license even though I don't have a HAM rig.
Has anyone tried a Huawei B315 with associated antenna and powered it of a 600AH 12V Deep Cycle storage battery to keep their Ethernet enabled Amateur Radio transceiver to facilitate FT8 and keep the RTC on their transceiver and computer up to date.

Is spooning available to Generals, or is it Extra class only? I couldn't find it listed on the band plan chart.
