Gotta lose 50lbs to join the Marines and I gotta say your channel is really helping me hit my goal. I just wanna thank you for everything you’ve helped me with.
I’ve done this twice this week, please create more kettle bell workouts. It was short simple yet effective and I’m a woman who’s quit the gym and started kettlebell training at home to work all muscles, love from the uk
Great feeder style workout....added banded good mornings instead of swings....used a 35 lb kb and at 70 yrs old this was a good bit of programming.....thanks
Gritty - used this at a gym when I was traveling a bit back- absolutely love the 10 min burn. I’m doing them with dumbbells- but pretty much adapts no problem with some hold changes. Thanks brother- carry on.
I would love to see a video with tips on passing the running portion of the PFT for army and air force for larger soldiers like me who are 6’4+ and 240+. People think that since people like me are tall that running is easy but, when you have more size and muscle it can be very challenging, and is quite punishing on the joints when your over 40 like myself. It’s not really the distance, it is more the pace required to make time that is the issue. Appreciate what you do and your service
Great stuff troop! I've been on the KB bandwagon since 2003 with a little 35 lb'r that just kicks my butt! I've had to roll back some of the strength stuff since deciding to lose some muscle weight and get back on the DREAD-mill but I just look at it as more variety for the W/O.
What camera do you use for these videos and ruck marches? I have 5 months before I ship off to ABOLC and I am interested in getting into making UA-cam videos. Thank you.
This actually looks legit. The rep range you're going on all of these definitely has some hypertrophy stimulus. As long as people trying this out focus on squeezing the target muscles and doing their reps in a smooth controlled manner I can see them packing on muscle at a decent rate. I would have liked to see pullups and even inverted wall pushups get incorporated in the workout though. Those lats and upper pecs are crying for attention.
Cool cosplay with the butch uniform Calm down the faketriotism with the flags maybe a bit though How many bud lights it take you to get in that type of shape?

Gritty- thanks brother.
Dynamite video.
Only suggestion is to add “up next” graphic during the rest time so we can be prepared what to do next

I appreciate it thank you! Just did you your 15 min flexibility session- fantastic
I highly recommend checking out Mark Wildman for kettlebell videos 🙂
Doing this with a 44 pounder and it about kicks my butt. I feel as pumped as I do after going to the gym for an hour. Thank you, Gritty.

Keep these coming. I travel for a living and these workouts allow me to vary my routine in sparsely equipped motel gyms.
Thank you
Yes! Perfect timing for me. let’s get after this! 💪
Wow, brilliant. Just what I was looking for. Thanks

Really really enjoyed that pump, ready to kick some rocks. Thanks simple but very effective.
💪
I loved it, I just wish you wrote the next exercise during the rest period
Thanks for the feedback, my more recent workouts have been including that. 👍
Just ran this through for the first time. Feels great!
Good workout brother! The diamond press did it for me! Hope to see more kettlebell workouts! 🙌

Excellent complex with a kettlebell in my opinion. I will take some elements for my workouts. Thanks

You're still on 16KG? Should at least be working on 24KG
Good idea for a video, thanks.
👊
Thanks!
👊
Great!
Sorry if I missed this. How heavy should the KB be?
I’m using a 40lb, but it depends on your level. Whatever weight you can manage but still be challenged during the entire workout. 👍
@@GrittySoldier Thanks brother. Appreciate it.
Can be that be twice? Two rounds of that program?
Casting to weight room TV right now
💪
Bro how your videos so high quality😂

I know this really isn't the video. But do you recommend any apps to track your runs on?

Nice workout. But you have to learn to do halos correctly. Despite that, I certainly subscribed.
I both love you and hate you!
Good, that’s exactly what I’m going for!
💯💪😂
Can you tell me the weight of the kettlebell your using plz sir
id assume 15-25 i used 20
Sheeeit
Hurts so good, I know
Send them arm leg curls
Thanks for sharing but not really a kettlebell workout. Most of this could be done with a normal dumbbell.
You need to learn how to use kettlebells properly!

You know you are trending in the queer community
The soldier costume is hot
Can you link your only fans details?
that Kettlebell is way too light for you. The Swing is totally wrong. You are squatting.
Great routine!
his halos , high rows and swings are soooo bad.
Thank you!
👊
Thank you!
🤜 🤛
Thanks!
