      Gritty- thanks brother.
      Dynamite video.
Only suggestion is to add “up next” graphic during the rest time so we can be prepared what to do next

I’ve done this twice this week, please create more kettle bell workouts. It was short simple yet effective and I’m a woman who’s quit the gym and started kettlebell training at home to work all muscles, love from the uk

Doing this with a 44 pounder and it about kicks my butt. I feel as pumped as I do after going to the gym for an hour. Thank you, Gritty.

Gritty - used this at a gym when I was traveling a bit back- absolutely love the 10 min burn.
I’m doing them with dumbbells- but pretty much adapts no problem with some hold changes.
    Thanks brother- carry on.

I would love to see a video with tips on passing the running portion of the PFT for army and air force for larger soldiers like me who are 6’4+ and 240+.
People think that since people like me are tall that running is easy but, when you have more size and muscle it can be very challenging, and is quite punishing on the joints when your over 40 like myself.
It’s not really the distance, it is more the pace required to make time that is the issue.
Appreciate what you do and your service

Great stuff troop! I've been on the KB bandwagon since 2003 with a little 35 lb'r that just kicks my butt! I've had to roll back some of the strength stuff since deciding to lose some muscle weight and get back on the DREAD-mill but I just look at it as more variety for the W/O.

I’m using a 40lb, but it depends on your level. Whatever weight you can manage but still be challenged during the entire workout. 👍

This actually looks legit. The rep range you're going on all of these definitely has some hypertrophy stimulus. As long as people trying this out focus on squeezing the target muscles and doing their reps in a smooth controlled manner I can see them packing on muscle at a decent rate. I would have liked to see pullups and even inverted wall pushups get incorporated in the workout though. Those lats and upper pecs are crying for attention.

Nice workout. But you have to learn to do halos correctly. Despite that, I certainly subscribed.
