Hi, I've not personally tried the karcher pressure washer you mention but the kranzle is adjustable pressure but doesn't come with any extra cleaning adapters other than the standard long lance.

Try applying silicone grease/anti rust on the spring and the bowl/on top of it to help with rust. hope this helps
