The 5020 is the Patek perpetual chrono I'd get. The 5970 is probably the perfect perpetual chrono, but that weird TV-case of the 5020 is just so unique.

The meaning of "never been worn" just lets me know the watch is in perfect shape. Sad to see such a great watch be just a watchbox queen. On the other end I find it hilarious for those who swap out the original leather straps for something cheaper, so that they can "wear it" like a normal person and keep the original strap new. You can get replacement straps from Patek for less than 1/100 the price of your watch.
