The first half of this was frustrating because Naftali interrupted her multiple times. It isn't like she was being long winded and not allowing him space for conversation flow--she was very mature in her approach to their exchange of perspectives. I know he is passionate but by the 3rd or 4th interruption, it was getting disrespectful. I hope he watches this back a few times to realize that is an area he needs to work on.

I couldn’t finish the show. After 5 minutes, I had to stop watching or continue to be frustrated in the man who has a lot to say but doesn’t know when to listen. God gave us 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. He thinks he has 2 mouths and 1 ear. 👂 He speaks so fast too at times. She is a true coach and therapist because she knows how to actively listen.

There is no evolving without communication between men and women, there are no easy answers as a collective opens the door to better understand each other roles.

I literally cannot stop thinking about this comment Neftali made. It makes me really think about sexually differently from both perspectives. The same can be said about men who reject a women’s emotional nature. The beautiful dance of man and women, logic and emotion, primal and nurturer. 🤯 I never felt bad providing sex to serve my man, I have always felt bad after when he would reject my emotion needs. It’s a give and take. Fucking mind blown. This kid is a genius

What’s the point of having a guest on the show if you’re gonna interrupt them? I was really looking forward to this episode smh

Dené: Shrinks at the implication of complete submission to a mans leadership & to be ruled over by him.
Me: (on the edge of my seat) I want to sign up for that type of relationship!
Ultimately Naftali isn't advocating for Men to be tyrants.
Ive seen enough content to know that he advocates for complete Masculine Responsibility for his partner & children.
That IS worth fully Submitting to! YES! I WANT to Submit to a fully Responsible Dominant Man who has Mastery over himself! He can tell me to do anything if he is Completely Responsible, Dominant & takes Accountability for himself & our Life together.
I do experience fear & anxiety at the thought of complete Submission to a man when my feelings are invested, and that is why selecting for an Ethically Dominant Responsible Man, over an Emotionally Immature or Tyranical man is important for our expression of Vulnerability in a solid container of safety.

He has good points, however, she is probably saying…”If you invited me to share my expertise then let me talk or do your podcast alone”. Skillful therapists know what help their clients is becoming a good active listener. Everyone wants to be heard and seen. It’s very rude to invite a guest on the show and be a “know it all”. Great interviewers are humble and active listeners.

      Yes and no..
I want hear her perspective too.. but she talks some litle nonsens and does not enliten like he does.
She shifting constantly in acceptions and trying to make those the rule..
She brought up female opression .. as if men never where opressed. Talking about they cannot have a bank account and nonsens like that.. she clearly never looked deep into this ..
He hase deeper knocklege ..she only surface lvl.. but still i would let her talk just to hear her perspektive and why she thinks that way and maybe he can help connect her thaught or show her another side.
Just let her talk... she will entangle herself ..it is their nature.. no matter how integrated they are.

I beginning to think that men have a different definition of "interrupting' when they do it and when they say women do it. Men have so many double standards.

  • @leonorejanson5140

She is spot on. He would have done well to give her more room to fully share her thoughts. He started this conversation with his own answers to the questions that he asked her. 😂 He's speaking to a woman and he wants to tell her what woman want. I'm sorry, but I find him a bit arrogant. 🤭

Are we talking about what male/female relationships in the context of Evolution or man/woman relationships in the context of Creation?
I ask because, life and relationships would reflect in our being and needs. if I am evolved then there is no value in emotion or marriage. If I am created then my creator has endowed me with an intangible intellect and qualities that enable me to be a capable in an emotionally mature relationship with someone who is biologically and characteristically different because of gender specifics. I believe men and women are different but the same regarding our spiritual needs. Evolution doesn't explain why male and female exist in the first place or why so different, though the same. Wouldn't we be more successful if were just all parthenogenetic single gender?
When you have some people who believe in evolution and some creation, then you have a conflict of basic self identity and inconsistent understanding of gender roles. Fundamentally, according to what the Scriptures teach us about ourselves., a man and woman need to be on the same page from the beginning about their purpose and goals, in order to have a successful marriage and family.

It would be nice if he was willing to listen instead of cut people off and force attention towards him. We are all still working on ourselves. In front of the camera just as those behind the camera. It is interesting to read the energy of the individuals who share the space with him. They seem to be just trying to get through the experience.
