- 🤸🏼♀️ A 30-min. full body workout to help you improve your posture by targeting the most common root causes through strengthening, mobility + stretching. Warm up, 4 blocks (2x upper + core, 2x lower + core), cool down / deep stretching.
🎯 Target Areas (mainly): shoulders, upper + lower back, abs, glutes + hammies
💭 How To Use: as its own workout - either in the gym or at home!
🔧 Equipment: I used 2x8kg DBs (you can get away with using either kettlebells or just 1 DB & slightly modifying)

Dear Julia, i am struggeling with me, my work. Always to much presure. But i am doing this one, and additional the fun core 10 minutes, and Afterwards i am fine again. It is not Everthing about the muscles.🖖♥️

You can try but that might not be enough resistance to effectively set a stimulus during compound-exercises like romanian deadlifts 🙏🏼
How many days a week do I have to do the routine?
Depends on your goals as always :) Generally I wouldn’t do this more than once (max. twice) a week! It’s a full body workout in itself.
@@julia.reppel depends on my goals :), due to my job, i feel much negative pressure, this has to worked out, this one is perfect for this reason. i am doing it sometime 4 days a week.

I appreciated the sets of RDLs, Good Mornings, and Ovrhead marches. Ive heard others say to "hip hinge" right you should imagine closing a drawer with your butt. :)
