    Hi if u are using fresh scraped coconut are the quantities same?

      I have never tried with fresh coconut, and I would probably avoid doing that, as it might be too moist, affecting the final texture.

    Thanks for the recipe Bec. Just what I was looking for. Can I use Splenda insteaf of sugar? Sugar is forbidden for me.

      Hmmm... I have never tried and I am not certain that the texture of the end result would be the same. The only way to find out is to try!!

    Great video is it shelf stable? Or does it have to be stored in the fridge? Also jow long is its shelf life?

      Shelf stable - absolutely! I never keep it in the fridge. As long as it is kept in a good, air-tight container it will stay good for a couple of weeks - no problem at all!
