This will make me sound like a right old trout, but it's so funny listening to a completely different generation's outlook. I loved that they didn't know what horsepower or brake horsepower was. So funny.

Staring price of GLA is 37k and EQA is 52k that’s a massive 15k difference. So according to the math in the video 4x2295 = 9180 and EV cost is 4x984=3936. So you still have 6k to spend on non EV. Obviously there is also road tax and services to account. And it’s cheaper to charge at home etc. but the entry price is still way more expensive.

the best thing to consider if you keep one and the other for more than 5 years and charge the EV at home with an EV tariff. What will the difference be
