He is a chill guy.. After khabib retired, he will continues the throne.. Islam has knock out power, plus he train with khabib, its no brainer he will become the next lightweight champion.

Exactly my thoughts.. that's why when chase said that khabib is much better.. he was quick to remark that Islam was giving him space acknowledging that he was going easy on chase
Islam is built like a tank, if he's telling these guys to feel how hard his abs are, rest assured they're solid rock. He's allowing chase to experiment, and Islam is reacting. If Islam was proactive, Chase would have little to no chance of survival lol
Chase needs to get his man strength first and more experience before he can go 100% with Islam's skills, he is building Chase's confidence.

Islam is more athletic than khabib. Khabib got a better strategy and technique for takedowns and pressure which he honed but Islam is more complete. Islam has it all standup, on the ground, reactions, guile\craft.
