Approx a month ago Derron Winn had his 1st UFC fight, that was a sequence that occured during the fight (he got tagged) also he kept going for a knee (that wasnt really there) during the clinch.

AKA is a camp thats known to train their fighters to have good conditioning. Khabib, DC, Cain and many others have great cardio.
This is so cool. Love how DC coaches as well as fighting. Imagine how cool that would be to be coached by the heavyweight champ.

What brought me to tears was when DC wished Kabibs dad a safe surgery and then Kabib looked back at him and gave him a thumbs up. For whom ever knows and understand the Muslim culture will understand what high status that alone put DC in khabib eyes. I'm sure that meant more to him than MMA all together

I've been a boxer all my life and I never understood wrestling or grappling, always thought it was gay. However, I've just started to get into it a bit more & it is such a wholesome art. Everyone is friendly and teaching each other & much like boxing how we start every conversation with a couple jabs and check hooks, you guys do it with wrist locks hahahah
