The SECOND I can afford it.. I have nagged my husband for months - much to his dismay 😂-that we need to find a way to squeak a few bucks out of the budget because I absolutely want to support you guys. I love what you do. And y’all entertain me on a regular and I believe you deserve to be paid for that!! so I will be signing up for Patreon as soon as I am able. Love you guys.!! ( PS. Also desperately want the extra content 😬❤)

Your kids (and perhaps the parents too) should have experienced a (prep-for-life) *nature/open-air kindergarten* found everywhere here in Norway. Properly clothed kids in these kindergartens run around outdoors all yr - in the playground, in the woods or even in the mountains while being taken care of by B.S. level educated assistants and teachers. This way they NEVER complain about - and naturally becomes used to - any rain, slate, snow or a freeze - min temp for outdoor activities in kindergartens is -10C. Mind you 1: some of these kindergartens do ALL their activities outdoors, the only shelter is a (heated) lavvo, a tepee-style Sami tent. Mind you 2: in more regular kindergartens also infants are placed outdoors to sleep in cold weather, well tucked in in propper down sleeping bags or what have you. I guess your family unfortunately experienced only a fraction of the life and lifestyles we have here up north. Nothing wrong with the tropics, but having lived and worked in the tropics for 15 yrs I've always valued the positive sides of being able to adapt and thrive in all extremes. Cultures included.
I love the way Riley depicted the abandonment as "leaving behind its nightmares and its dreams." Such a poignant way to put it. You guys slay the narration bit amongst everything else. Thanks for sharing your journeys with us!
These boys that you have created are absolutely priceless. Lennie’s vocabulary is expanding at a fast rate. When you look at him you can just see his brain reasoning. He is like a sponge . Give him all you’ve got. You both are doing a great job.
When I watch this channel I often feel as if I'm watching a PBS documentary (that's a good thing.) I'm amazed that the two of you with only minimal assistance and a limited budget can so closely emulate what they do with a much larger crew and budget. Keep up the good work.
I'm just blown away how good this week's video is of such an unknown place (to me.) The research and fun way you tell it through adorable animation and explanation is better than any travel show I've seen whilst keeping tabs on just how you live and go through the day with amazing 2 boys growing up. Kudos!!
It's so nice to see you guys exploring Svalbard and soon Norway. As a Norwegian I feel like I can speak for all of us when I say that I hope you'll enjoy it here! Very excited to see some videos maybe sailing the west coast? it's just so different geographically from much of the other places you've been.
Also something funny I noticed: the guide in this tour said "a pair of sausages", which is probably just badly translated Norwegian. A pair, or et par in Norwegian more-often means a couple of, unintentional probably from the guide but still funny!
This is by far my most favourite video you have uploaded. Maybe it's because I want to spend time in Svalbard. Amazing spot on our planet. Loved that you two were so enthralled with Pyramiden ... I am too. Raw history. Moving. Cecilia (who lives in Svalbard) has been there too - but your visit to this frontier fringe town really represented the past and present so well. You obviously loved it. The vessel is a treat and the crew so engaging. Appendix? Lol. Anyway I've never done this before ... about to replay this episode. Thank you. Hi from Australia 🇦🇺
That was an interesting moment when Lenny requested dad Dad and not videographer Dad to look his coloring page. "Well, you have to see it with your eyes."... and put a hand over the camera lens. Shows how well you guys communicate with the boys. I think it's cool that he's comfortable doing that.
For anyone interested, check out the album Piramida by the Danish band Efterklang, which features some pretty cool sounds recorded there. Great video guys! 🤩
I find myself pressing the like button before I have even watched your videos. What you do and what you produce for us to watch every week is always amazing, and I know it before I even watch it. I love the fact you are now taking your boys along for the adventures. 💙💙💙all my love and best wishes to you all always xx🥰✌️🇬🇧
I absolutely love both of you and your sweet baby boys. However I super love Riley in this video. How he gets right on Lenny's level to explain things to him and make sure he understands to the best of his little ability. Just so sweet. Good job mom and dad. Be safe and enjoy ❤️ Kris🇨🇦🙏
That vessel... seeing that 2 - masted ship cutting through the waves is such a delight! Thank you for taking us along on your adventure! Much ❤️ from Michigan USA 🌊
Your last few adventures have been pretty amazing. The subject matter, filming and editing has gotten so professional that it is nearly like watching a National Geographic program. Keep up the good work and remember to always have fun.
You guys really have some of the best content on UA-cam. Great production & editing quality, interesting story lines ... first class stuff. It's got to be a ton of work, but you make it look effortless. Very well done!
I watched Sailing Uma's video and now yours of this unique Russian village. Loved both. Yours touched my heart because you reached out to share the experience with everyone around you and find humor in the most unusual places.
I love love love the definitions and cartoons of scientific terms that you guys have been adding. I love to learn something almost each time you do! Really - this is a phenomenal addition!
Thank you for providing us with such great content. Your filmmaking is so wonderful that the time spent watching seems to fly by in a heartbeat. Love the originality week after week. It certainly sets you apart from many other channels out there. Don't stop creating!!
As a Minnesotan (U.S. state bordering Canada), I can PROMISE you seeing snow for the first time after not seeing it for a while NEVER gets old. For many of us, the first snowfall of the season is always so magical and fun. Even though we have to get out our shovels and snow blowers and all the accoutrements of a cold, snowy winter, a lot of us are just as tickled to see snow as you Aussies are! I love to see you enjoying a cold climate and how enthusiastic you are about the whole experience. Many people find the cold to be nothing but miserable and I really appreciate the good PR ;) Thanks!!
Good that you are pushing the boundaries a bit. Red hair and cold weather and places that aren't all different versions of the tropics. It really livened up your attitudes. You seem delighted. Haven't seen that in awhile. You want more snow? I'm going into a whole winter of the stuff. Come and take all you want. Montana, USA
Maverick approves this voyage. He also said something about the poop deck, ok boy settle down. So nice to see channels show more of what they see and like with less banter but with a little tickle every once in a while thrown in.
Being grateful for what you saw and experienced and not worrying about what you missed. Like you said, gives you another reason to return. Who knows, it could be on your own and not a chartered boat. 👏
This series has been totally fascinating. Than you so much for sharing the places and people with that bit of reality check we all need to face. I wish you continued enlightening and happy journeys.
I am so thoroughly enjoying these videos! You guys are doing such a fantastic job, and I love that we can come along on your adventures that most of us will likely never be able to experience on our own. Thank you so much! 💗💗
This was great fun. Just a blast! Awwe the boys did so very well. Lenny is getting to be such a smarter bigger boy... An Darwin with his mullet an big eyes is beyond adorable!! Teething sux good thing is it's a one an done .. Thanks for sharing your lives with us grateful for the opportunity to travel along✌🏼💗😊❣️
What an exciting adventure! Your beautiful children will always have these fabulous images implanted in their brains for the remainder of their lives! How lucky and special......even though poor Mr. Darwin had painful teeth trying to ruin his trip! So much love, beauty, and excitement in your lives! Much needed these days! Thanks for sharing your adventures with all of us! Much love!
Amazing video, the scenery, that sailboat and amazing crew, you two and your adorable little boys❤❤❤❤ thank you for sharing this epic journey! Blessings and much Aloha from Oregon 🙏💜🌎☮️🌎💜🙏🤙💕
Lovely, another great video. Don't cut them short, some of us can and want to deal with 30 to 60 minutes. You two always have such great content and vidioography. Thanks for the hoodies and shirts, luv you both. Dave, Fort Walton Beach Florida, USA
I'm loving all these new adventures. Like you, I'm also looking foward to seeing your upcoming adventures in a brand new boat. As usual thanks for bringing us along.
Amazing. Doubly amazing! Living in a cold climate most of my life it was hilarious to see a warm-weather Aussie walk around Svalbard in towel and sandals . It just screams hutzpah. This video was a delight front to back. Muchos gracias as we might say in South Coober Pedy. God bless.
Tuned in after leaving you alone to your adventures for a while. You two are delightfully weird. It is a pleasant little vacation to tag along from the comfort of my easy life. Keep it up.
I could visually feel, it was important for Larry to make it back to Premonition!! Great to see Larry's emotion on finally reconciling with this beautiful remote place!! Something Special!! 👏👏
Thanks for this episode you t w o, abandoned areas are unique. Nice to see that big old sailboat again. Love to watch the kids run around and have fun. Well I guess I'll take off and get out of here, it's about 1:30 a.m. here in Ohio, catch you next time as always, bye now.
I think that "a pair of sausages" is common terminology in Europe (at least in Germany it is). 😉 When sausages are made, they are usually hung in a pair throughout the process (2 sausages connected at one end). In a restaurant or markets sausages are often served as a pair.
He there Riley and family! A nerdy note here; this guy out in Britain built a trimaran from a smokestack. His channel is called sailing SV pipe dream and he came up with a pretty unique design. Thought you might like it.
am loving this new adventure you're on...!!!! What an experience, Thankyou for the top quality editing and upbeat delivery... Beautiful parenting too btw, Congratulations, Love you guys...xxxx
Omg that was so interesting. Thank you. Looking forward to you getting your new vessel bet you can’t wait. Love the videos an lots of love to your little family xx

Don't forget you have to see it with your eyes. Actually that lennyism is pretty good.
Have you ever, ever felt like this? Have strange things happen and you’re going round the twist? 😍😍😅😅 Can’t wait for next weeks episode! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I love the way Riley depicted the abandonment as "leaving behind its nightmares and its dreams." Such a poignant way to put it. You guys slay the narration bit amongst everything else. Thanks for sharing your journeys with us!

depending on when/where he begins more formal schooling it will be curious how his english accent develops
I LOVE LARRY, he don’t gotta be that cute 😩🫶🏼 brings so much joy to my life how wholesome y’all lives are
These North Pole videos are just epic. Love seeing your family taking on the world!
When I watch this channel I often feel as if I'm watching a PBS documentary (that's a good thing.) I'm amazed that the two of you with only minimal assistance and a limited budget can so closely emulate what they do with a much larger crew and budget. Keep up the good work.
Most of us would like that kind of a budget, but they have worked for it & people love supporting their shared vision & amazing lifestyle .
You can tell Larry has got such a kind and gentle soul.. legend 👍

It’s interesting seeing you visit some of the places that Cecilia has highlighted in her videos. Glad you’re both loving it!
I was thinking the same. They are both great channels!
My weekly recharge of my faith in humanity. Thank you 🙏✨

I have been watching Cecilia for just over a year too oddly.
Love Lenny's haircut, plus he's learning vocabulary and counting. Good job!
So great that I've watched the Lenster grow up. No matter what happens, these video's are going to be pure gold for you and your family.
Pure magic. Thank you. Btw Larry's appendix story definitely belongs in a book 😊
LOL that was hilarious 😂

You guys are killing it! And we love you for your editing. The cartoons are my favorite part when it comes to editing. It makes it so fun.
I love the animations. Enjoying the series. Can't wait for Thailand.
I love that your kids get to experience all these amazing locations. I miss watching my kids explore the world with a fresh set of eyes.
I am a sucker for history. This was such a fun episode. I love the opportunity to learn and this was a great lesson to take in.

Thank you! The music is really nice. Best wishes from Moscow!
You two have a knack of making the ordinary day look like a festival. Yet another very cool video.
It’s awesome that y’all got to go on this trip and be able to share it with your kiddos and be able to have these memories!

Svalbard has shown me an Elayna with a new focus and determination. I like it ❤🙌🏼
I absolutely love both of you and your sweet baby boys. However I super love Riley in this video. How he gets right on Lenny's level to explain things to him and make sure he understands to the best of his little ability. Just so sweet. Good job mom and dad. Be safe and enjoy ❤️ Kris🇨🇦🙏

I’m sad this series is over, but i’m excited for the next adventure! These videos were amazing! (just like always)
Loved the creative cartoons. Especially the Riley/Polar Bear boxing match ❤
Riley has the best pirate eyes! Truley mesmerizing!
Thank you for providing us with such great content. Your filmmaking is so wonderful that the time spent watching seems to fly by in a heartbeat. Love the originality week after week. It certainly sets you apart from many other channels out there. Don't stop creating!!

Getting more and more challenging to have to wait a whole week for the next installment :)
Wow. You guys are our third UA-cam’s to feature Svalbard. I am fascinated by how interesting it all is. Great episodes. Thanks

Your boys are growing so quickly!! And they are so smart and handsome 💙💙. What a wonderful experience for all of you!
So much information you give, sometimes it’s better then the story, which is this case is bloody beautiful 🤩
This series has been totally fascinating. Than you so much for sharing the places and people with that bit of reality check we all need to face. I wish you continued enlightening and happy journeys.
Priceless to see Larry some people leave there heart in San Francisco he left his appendix hilarious. Thank you for the upload.
Hahahah I know 😂 he’s hilarious
Imagine how scary it would have been to have had to get your appendix out here back in the day / (such a relief) 🥵
I am so thoroughly enjoying these videos! You guys are doing such a fantastic job, and I love that we can come along on your adventures that most of us will likely never be able to experience on our own. Thank you so much! 💗💗

I'm loving all these new adventures. Like you, I'm also looking foward to seeing your upcoming adventures in a brand new boat. As usual thanks for bringing us along.
Larry's wonderful! I left a pair of tonsils in Samoa in 1969. Maybe I need to set sail?
😂😂😂
I'm glad you had the opportunity to enjoy it
Amazing. Doubly amazing! Living in a cold climate most of my life it was hilarious to see a warm-weather Aussie walk around Svalbard in towel and sandals . It just screams hutzpah. This video was a delight front to back. Muchos gracias as we might say in South Coober Pedy. God bless.
Your Editing is amazing, your hard work is highly appreciated 👌🏻💜
Wow, I would love to go see that town. Maybe even live there for a time. Wonderful. I'm glad Lenny got to go.
I adored this series! Thanks guys for sharing
Haven’t stopped by you guy’s channel in a while but Lenny is getting sooo big. Talking like a grown up now.
Excellent series guys. Burning question though: Did Larry get his appendix back? 😂🥰🏴
Such great times you are sharing. Thank you✌️💜
Tuned in after leaving you alone to your adventures for a while. You two are delightfully weird. It is a pleasant little vacation to tag along from the comfort of my easy life. Keep it up.

Enjoying the videos from the Arctic! Did you guys ever meet or watch Cecilia's videos on UA-cam from Svalbard?
Great adventure! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Fascinating, every minute of it! Be well, adventurers. And big thanks to the crew of that beautiful schooner.
Thanks for this episode you t w o, abandoned areas are unique. Nice to see that big old sailboat again. Love to watch the kids run around and have fun. Well I guess I'll take off and get out of here, it's about 1:30 a.m. here in Ohio, catch you next time as always, bye now.
Hello from Minnesota USA! Great episode! That mining town is crazy.
I think that "a pair of sausages" is common terminology in Europe (at least in Germany it is). 😉 When sausages are made, they are usually hung in a pair throughout the process (2 sausages connected at one end). In a restaurant or markets sausages are often served as a pair.
Love the caption of finding another adventure episode
He there Riley and family! A nerdy note here; this guy out in Britain built a trimaran from a smokestack. His channel is called sailing SV pipe dream and he came up with a pretty unique design. Thought you might like it.
Thank you! Great series..Lenny and Darwin 💙💙💙 I wouldn’t have known any of this.
“It’s ALL the way up to the HOOK” favourite part hahah

Beautiful, as always 💜
Great episode. I laughed at "Pub Crawl " 🤣
Loving all these adventures you are showing us. Thank you for carrying your camera with you so much. I’m kinda glad no polar bear showed up - keeping you all safe.
